The hotel was nice and clean, staff was friendly and spoke English. Check-in and check-out were easy. Room was clean and big enough, perfect for a short stay and very close to Shibuya station which made it very convenient as a hub to go to different parts of Tokyo.

We stayed in a deluxe twin residential style room. It was small for 3 people but the beds were comfortable. The room came with a washer/dryer which was very convenient. The location is walking distance to restaurant and shopping, and the area was quiet. We will definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay, good location and close to everything we wanted. We walked everywhere. Lots of good food options. There was some sticky residue on the desk that we cleaned off. Our ac vent was making a loud noise the first night but when we let the staff know, they fixed it right away. The hotel were very apologetic. The staff was all very nice, will be staying here again

The location was difficult to find from the station however after crossing the scrabble square walkways the hotel was very accessible. Was a five minute walk to the main crossing and station The staff were fabulous from the receptionist to housekeeping . Nothing was an issue Overall would stay again without hesitation

We loved this hotel! Right in the heart of Shibuya next to the train station it was convenient to get anywhere. The hotel is in very good condition, the service was outstanding and the amenities were great. Our first room faced the train tracks and was too loud so we requested a change of room to the other side of the hotel which we were granted and it was much better.We would stay here again for sure and recommend it to others
