Awesome stay with my son. Very clean. Big room. Comfy beds. Excellent food options all around the hotel. Keep the dehumidifier going to remove the ‘teenage foot’ smell…works really well. Staff were super friendly

The location was difficult to find from the station however after crossing the scrabble square walkways the hotel was very accessible. Was a five minute walk to the main crossing and station The staff were fabulous from the receptionist to housekeeping . Nothing was an issue Overall would stay again without hesitation

Room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Had to do laundry a couple times during my stay, so it was very nice to have the laundry facilities in the building. Very short walk to shopping, restaurants, and the Shibuya train station.

Incredibly convenient location. You just exit Shibuya Station from New South Gate and follow signs to the hotel. The hotel was quiet and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Staff are able to help arrange luggage forwarding to your next hotel for you. Will definitely stay here next time I visit and would recommend to everyone.

There was little interaction with staff as it was a self-check-in/out sort of place. Basically a budget hotel. The room was extremely tiny and one side was butted against the wall so one person ( of a couple) would have no bedside table. No space to walk when two suitcases are opened. The only good thing is the hot water was constant and pressure was decent. Also the hotel is linked to the shibuya station so rather convenient location

This property is very close to the shinbuya station. Its only a 10 min walk to scramble square. The location made it very convient to get on the subway and explore Tokyo

“Small room but great stay!” The room was small, but very clean and had everything I needed. The amenities were great and the location made it super easy to get around Shibuya. Perfect spot if you’re looking for convenience and comfort in the city.

Location was pretty good within walking distance to Shibuya South Entrance thus avoiding huge crowd at famous crossing. Used the laundry too with detergent included and drying. Took a while to complete the whole cycle. The only downside is the pillow…2 pieces which they could have provided additonal as they were soft.

Hotel staff were incredibly courteous and helpful. This hotel can not be in a better location for a Tokyo visit. The only concern was the breakfast. Food is Asian themed and served cold. Single coffee machine was usually out of commission and coffee was poor when it did work. If you are from a western country, I recommend skipping breakfast here and picking it up on the go.
