Lounge was fantastic, definitely worth upgrading for it. Breakfast was great and the location is perfect as you are close to shinjuku station but far enough away from the shops that it isnt too busy

Great stay next to the train station. There’s an entrance right by the hotel and you can walk underground to Shinjiki station which was a huge plus for our Jan trip. Staff was exceptional, breakfast was great and the hotel was very clean. Would recommend to any one staying in Tokyo. Nothing negative I could say about our experience

Awesome hotel staff to welcome us to the Keio Plaza Shinjuku for the first time and we absolutely were impressed with everything on property especially our twin deluxe connecting rooms with special city views and the lovely Sky Plaza to view, relax, and hang out comfortably in tranquil settings.
