We paid SGD7,216 for a room, incl. breakfast, for 8 nights and 4 adults (About SGD900/night). It's our 1st time staying here and we booked it because the location is excellent. However, we were shock to know that anyone can just take the lift at out tower to access to all level. There's no card security scan in the lift to prevent non-guest from going up. When we asked the front desk, they told us that there's another tower with card security scan in the lift but the room there is more expensive. Hello!!! SGD900/night is not cheap!!! I was so disgusted that they made us feel like a lower class guest in the hotel. Are they telling us that we have to pay more for security? Moreover, there's no highlight in Expedia on the differences of card security scan in the lift. The room was old-fashion. The wardrobe door was not able to close tight. The bed was hard and the pillow was very soft. The toilet door was making noises when we opened and closed it. The front desk refused to book airport transfer for us. This will be the only time we are staying there. We will not recommend to friends and relatives.

Nice hotel, a bit dated, but very impersonal, it is designed to minimize any interaction with staff, large lobby area with no chairs or any seating, people were sitting on steps or other non convenient placses, 7-11 store at the bottom floor was good

We truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend it. Conevenient and easy access to transportation, shopping, restaurants. Great drinks and views from the sky bar.

Excellent hotel with very nice service, an extensive breakfast buffet included and very convenient for exploring Tokyo. The room was plenty large and had an excellent shower. Highly recommend.

We booked 2 rm, Premier Grand with Lounge Club Access, 4 adults and 1 child upon check in, my son who is 16 yrs old is considered adult here in Japan and they would not let him stay with any of our room though both room should be able to accommodate 3persons and before arrival I did messages them… to cut story short they downgraded 1 of our room to triple bed which we have to wait for them to put an extra bed, and no access to Club lounge plus I have to pay extra charge for my son’s breakfast, 4500yen every day, This is not fair for us because this is family Holiday, I paid extra amount of money for better experience that we did get. Need your action.
