Lounge was fantastic, definitely worth upgrading for it. Breakfast was great and the location is perfect as you are close to shinjuku station but far enough away from the shops that it isnt too busy

Great hotel away from the busy part of Shinjuku but within easy walking distance Room was on the smaller side ( standard room) but was still very good Great bar on the top floor but a little expensive 24 hour 7-11 on the ground floor Busy vibe with lots of people Great stay

The room needs improvement, if they kept up the rooms at par to the rear of hotel which was great I’d consider staying here again. The rooms were outdated, no USB ports few outlets and the bathroom was very dated.

Great location, excellent service and the room was always sparkling clean. The transfers to Tokyo Disney are great as well. It’s starting to look a little old in style but I would definitely stay there again.
