I’m your frequent visitor since your hotel grand opened. This time was my re-visited after Covid. I found out the room was not enough clean and found dusty all around the carpet, desk and the counter top at the bed. Perhaps your hotel was too much visitor not enough time for detail cleaning everyday but it can be improve! Personally I really love APA and it’s my 1st choice everytime I come to Japan. Keep going … Arigatou 🙏😊

I regret to say that my experience at APA Hotel was disappointing. I believe APA Hotel does not encourage return customer. Despite I stayed here for a day and book the day after tomorrow to continue my stay here. , I encountered a lack of flexibility regarding leaving my baggage temporarily. The staff refused to accommodate my simple request, citing rigid rules. Additionally, the unstable WiFi connection added to the frustration. Overall, I did not feel encouraged to return due to these inconveniences.

VERY BAD HYGIENCE
we have been using APA many times. this time is really a disappointment. the room is so dirty, we were told that they will not clean the room for 3 days and towels will be left outside the room door. we stayed there for 3 days and really noobe came to clear rubbish. we paid for the hotel to sleep and not to sleep in a damned dirty room sleeping with rubbish and wet towels. 3 DAYS OF SUFFERING. SUFFOCATING AS THE ROOM IS SO HOT AND SMELLY. FLOORS NOT VACUMMED. HOW CAN APA EVEN SELL THEIR HOTELS??????
