The room was clean and was stocked every day. The only downside is it is really small for a couple especially when you have big luggages which you need especially coming in Japan in winter times. It will be okay for a day trip or two or for a solo trip. The staff were very polite and helpful though.

When it’s winter, people don’t know that the ac will not blow cold air. What I’ve learn by accident is to no turn the air on in your room since it only blows warm to hot air.

This was my first stay at a APA hotel. I had seen some negative reviews about size of room, noise, etc so i came with some concern that it wouldn't be a good stay. However. In my almost two week stay, i really enjoyed the hotel and its services and features. Yes, the rooms are smaller than what people might expect, but they are very funtional for what you might need and clean. While the hotel is adjacent to a busy entertainment district and square, i felt the noise levels were acceptable ( i was on the 10th floor) and most events seemed to end before 11pm, so it was mostly quiet the majority of the night. The breakfast was excellent, as there are a variety of both Asian and Western choices as well as many juice, coffee, and tea choices. I would pick this hotel as a top choice for the price range it exist in, as it is very convenient to the area's attractions and services and meets the average traveler's needs.
