We will 100% stay here again when returning and leaving from Tokyo. The location and shuttle to and from the airport is great. The neighborhood is nice and quiet with some nice shopping close by. The staff was exceptionally nice as well.

Cook Islanders meet Japan for Honeymoon

The hotel was very good and to our liking, something to always look forward to after a long day of exploring the city. The staff was very friendly and they spoke English really well which helped alot. The cleanliness of the hotel and the upkeep of it was very clean. Had housekeeping waking us up most days which was kinda funny for us but annoying for them, mostly because we forgot to put up the "Do Not Disturb" sign, but they were friendly enough to give us some time to leave before they come in to tidy up. The location was pretty good, it was like a 3 to 5 min walk to the train station depending on how fast you walk or stroll to the station.

The hotel isn’t anything special, my room was not like the photos in that it was not updated but was the exact layout I expected to get. It was about a 5-10 minute walk from the Omori station and has a good amount of convenience stores around for your needs. The hotel only offers drying cleaning, if you need laundry services there is a self service laundromat down the street. The staff cleans the room everyday very quickly and are helpful. Front desk was very helpful and communicate well in English. The Hotel was near Loft and train station, around the area was a bunch of restaurants and across the hotel is Lawson convenient store.
