Pros: Relatively close to station, with lots of basic shopping nearby. Kids playground nearby. Will hold your luggage after checkout if needed so don't need to store in lockers at station if not leaving right away. Clean rooms. Japanese staff friendly and mostly helpful. Bathroom and tables in lobby to sit. Open design/interesting design inside. Convenience store right across from street. Cons: Lobby doesn't allow any food or drink and no place to eat snacks at a table. Smallish rooms, and shower is Western style vs separate shower/bath.

This hotel was very convenient because it was near the train station. The staff was very friendly and the provide luggage services if your traveling to another area/hotel. However, the only negative aspect you should consider if you are staying in a Twin-bed room. Our first room, the AC wasn't working and we requested another room and the staff was very helpful. Except the second room didn't have a functional Ac was well and we just had to accept it at that point. So if you're traveling in the summer time, please advice and see if it works.

The food for morning breakfast was very good. The set lunch meal was a really good deal. We had red wine beef and it was yummy. Not too much furniture to store clothes but that's only because we stayed there for 10 days - wouldn't have been a problem if our stay was shorter. Our room was very clean and well maintained. We saw big tour groups come in to the hotel. The neighborhood is quiet but we found some very reasonable and tasty restaurants within walking distance. The hotel staff is courteous and helpful. Overall we really enjoyed the stay and the convenience of getting to and from the Tokyo Big Sight location.

The property is a bit old, AC cannot be controlled from the room which makes it quite cold at night but the setup is very comfortable. There’s not much to do around and definitely Shibuya and the Tokyo tower are not 10 min away driving but cost benefit is an amazing opportunity for a comfortable hotel

Will not come back here or recommend to anyone at all. Staff was very very nice, but the facility was foul smelling, appears sketchy, mildew smell, old stain leaks on ceiling. The smell gave me a migraine. The bathrooms were extremely small. The shower head was dirty, maybe that gave me a headache. Lots of rules like not leaving too much trash and wearing their sleeping outfits in order to sleep on their beds? My fiancé is an XXL and did not fit the pjs. I almost slipped on the bathroom floor. The toilet clogged 3x because the flush was very weak. You had to hold down the handle in order for it to flush appropriately. Toilet paper was 1 ply too so I’m not sure why the toilet was not good. This place was like an old motel. Breakfast was about 15$ USD per person. Decent for the price, nothing great though. This hotel should be 1 star only. If you really need a place to stay and short of money this is your place. But if you don’t want a headache, nasty smell, or etc. don’t stay here.

This hotel was great, very close to the train station and multiple conbinis. Staff was great and made sure the room was clean and restocked everyday. Overall 10/10 would come back again !
