Apa hotel is a chain so a lot of things are set like the others. However, Liu our housekeeper has been super helpful and friendly, made our stay so much better, really!

The area was a nice, quiet, residential area, which was close to train stations. Not as many dining options, but provided a nice ambience on the way back to the hotel after a long day. The hotel was easy to find and it was walkable to the stations, the staff were lovely and helped me when needed. Thank-you for a lovely stay!

This was my only option with short time. That being said closest metro is relatevly far, about 15 min walk, so consider this if you are walking with big suitcases. The staff was avarage, I was able to charge the room bill in two credit cards in all the hotels I’ve stayed in Japan except here, I think the front desk we just Lazy. The hotel is in good shape and bathrooms were the smallest I’ve seen in Japan. It’s not really a place for turist, more business Japanese people. It’s located far from any turístic places and the surrounding is residencial/business.

The staff are very friendly and will work through the language barrier if you do not speak Japanese. The location is very quite and is situated right next to the riverfront. The riverfront has walkways all along the water if you want to go for a nice run or walk. There are multiple train stations just a short walk away and a bus stop maybe 2 minutes from the hotel. Take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. A lot of them sound like a failure to plan or use common sense. I will definitely be returning here.
