This is a wonderful hotel with amazing staff. They helped us navigate Tokyo Station and even got us train tickets. The room was really big and comfortable. The staff are so kind and helpful. And the location is so convenient located at Tokyo Station.

Beautiful property. A must if traveling from Tokyo to Osaka etc.. stay the night before buy tickets for train day before then wake up great breakfast and walk to your train… zero headache travel hack
