Great location if you haven’t been to Tokyo before. We were going skiing with 2 kids and it was fantastic to get the Narita express to Tokyo Station and find it a short walk from the platform. The next day the ticket office is outside your door and we could sort out our Shinkansen tickets without a hassle. Staff are incredibly helpful and I would have to say the best I have come across. Rooms are beautiful. Extremely impressed with it.

Good location

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, and good breakfast.
Cons: It was disappointing to have to pay to use the gym.
Location: Close to the Imperial palace gardens and many shops and restaurants.
While it was difficult to find the entrance of the hotel from within the maze of Tokyo Central Station, it was certainly a convenient location when we finally arrived. The rooms were small but tasteful and the staff went out of their way to help with questions about train tickets and restaurants. Breakfast was excellent and the main disappointment was having to pay extra to use the gym facilities.

Great location and a beautiful hotel

The hotel made this a great experience. The hotel is well located on the Tokyo line but what really made it was the fact that they took a beautiful building and sensitively restored it. The service was excellent, the rooms well appointed and the breakfast was amazing, a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. All in all very recommended.

Location Location Location!

Pros: Immaculate service, clean room, child friendliness
Cons: None
Location: The hotel is on the top of Tokyo Station. Getting to places can't get any easier.
Tokyo Station Hotel was the perfect hotel for myself and my 2 year daughter. The hotel is actually on the top of the historic (100 years old!) Tokyo Station. Getting to places during our 6days stay in Tokyo was super easy, since all the trains and subways are only a few hundreds meters away, which was a big plus when travelling with a child. I chose Palace Side Superior King Room, and while the room size was not large compared to other same class hotels in Marunouchi/Yaesu area, it was big enough for my daughter to walk around, and the room had beautiful decor. Service was immaculate, and they even had kids pyjamas and cup with train designs for my little daughter as well. We also had a breakfast at the Atrium (restaurant) while we stayed there, and service was amazing again. Food was also delicious with both continental and Japanese options available. Although food was great, having a breakfast at fancy restaurant with fancy Noritake porcelain plates for my daughter everyday was nerve wrecking for me, so we opted to go to more casual restaurants at Yae-Chika (Yaesu underground street at Tokyo Station) for the next 4 days, and it was great experience as well. The only downside of this hotel is the hotel has very long corridors, since it is not a new high-rise building. Walls on the corridors had historical photos and artworks, and it was very lovely, however if you have trouble walking long distance, you may want to avoid this hotel.

You cannot fault Japanese service - exceptional

Pros: Service
Cons: Breakfast a little pricey (our kids didn't eat much so not worth it for them)
Location: Perfect location to explore the city and beyond. Right near the Imperial Palace.
This hotel was a perfect point from which to explore Toyko and beyond (specifically Kyoto), obviously given that they are right on Tokyo Station. Service exemplary - better than anywhere else I have experienced.
