We had a wonderful experience, not only was the staff kind and considerate they were always there to accommodate every need. The room was very comfortable. Everything was well stocked beautifully appointed the best shower I have experienced in any hotel anywhere around the world. I will definitely stay there again. The Food met all of my expectations and was beautifully presented.

The epitome of luxury in the heart of Shibuya. From the attentive staff to the numerous amenities, this hotel is truly an escape from the hectic streets of Shibuya just 2 blocks away. If you are looking for a high end hotel in a happening district of Tokyo, this is the place. Also the hotel acts as a landmark as it use one of the tallest buildings in Shibuya.

This hotel is next to a major train station and near restaurants and shops On our first morning we woke up with a clear view of Mount Fuji which made our whole trip very special We could not see it again after 4!days due to cloudy conditions

Perfect location

Location is perfect for tourists. Close to Shibuya Station to catch the train around Tokyo. Great customer service. The staff speaks English and is very knowledgeable and helpful.
