It was a family trip. Essentially this hotel was our base of operations. We used the Executive lounge, and it was an amazing benefit. The people that work in the Executive lounge are very kind and super helpful with our stay. I strongly recommend this hotel.

While the hotel is clean, well-maintained, and aesthetically pleasing, it's important to clarify that it does not meet the standards of a true five-star experience. The service at both the main lobby café and the 40th-floor bar was consistently underwhelming. On multiple occasions, I had to seek out staff for service or to request the bill, even as several employees appeared unoccupied. Based on my experience, I would rate the property as a four-star hotel with service more in line with a three-star rating. A review of service management may be warranted, as the current level of attentiveness does not reflect the expectations of a five-star establishment.

The staff was super professional. They gave us an amazing room on the 21st floor overlooking Shibuya crossing and we could also see the Tokyo Tower. A+ 10+

The most amazing king size bed we’ve ever seen. 92” wide! Perfectly firm. Great views from 29 floor and up renovated rooms. Amazing shower bath and spacious. Breakfast buffet was excellent and we enjoyed the lounge.
