The rooms and amenities are excellent. the service is perfect and very helpful and accommodating especially the concierge who are both very helpful. Only the breakfast restaurant was problematic. I’ve been coming here for 20 years and it has always been great but now they have breakfast included tours and they are not properly staffed so don’t expect to receive ordered coffee or have silverware.

This was an amazing hotel stay, we spent 5 nights in Shibuya and the stores and restaurants were very accessible. The staff was super attentive to our every need and upgraded our room when there was a minor issue with our original room. Reserve a room with access to the Cerulean lounge off the lobby to get coffee, tea, ice cream and great unique japanese snacks.

A nice hotel, close to the centre of everything. For the price, I expected more, but perhaps that's what you get in the heart of Shibuya. The 40th floor restaurant, while the food and service was great, was far too expensive. The same applies to the adjacent bar. Can buy a bottle of whisky for what they charge for a shot. Was able to find more reasonable pricing across the highway, in the midst of it all. Fitness centre was good, albeit small. Couldn't swim in the pool, or use the sauna, due to a single tattoo on my shoulder. Silly, outdated rule in Japan. But hey, when in Rome. Overall, can't complain about the room, service or cleanliness.

This hotel was so good that we canceled our other Tokyo reservations and came back a second time during the same trip. It is really clean, well appointed and well located. We also appreciated that all the staff we dealt with were Japanese. We were on a cultural trip to visit ancestry and this was the staff at the hotel helped us experience a little more than some of the large hotels we visited around Japan.
