Hotel was very nice. Staff were amazing. The bakery’s food is awesome. Right next to a train station that connects to many lines. Peaceful park/garden right next to hotel to walk and relax in.

Great Hotel with lots of convenient amenities

First time in Tokyo and not sure how hotel rooms usually are but this one came with 3 double beds. Our family of 3 would have preferred a queen bed and a twin. Corner view was nice. Staff was amazing and even helped me book salon services for my family. The massage and facial services offered are an offsite company that comes to your room and your bed is basically the massage table they use. The massage was wonderful- definitely recommend. I also liked the fact that they were able to come to our room around 9pm- so it was a perfect way to unwind from the day. The facial add-on was basically a sheet mask and some moisturizer which I will not get in the future. Restaurant was good- surprised the menu was Italian. Would have preferred more Japanese cuisine. We only ate at the restaurant because it was raining and we were too tired to go off property. Location was great! Close to subway station and buses. Convenience stores are close and a short walk away but not located right next door.

The hotel staff was great. Super helpful when I needed help finding a place to get hearing aid fixed. Called several places. The public bath didn’t use the special Pola products that most high end places use. The restaurant staff not enthusiastic but understandable given that they were working breakfast at 7 AM and still there for dinner time at 8 PM. Bar area manager very rude, wine by the glass portions are smsller in Japan but they gave me a half pour and insisted it was the standard amount. Not five minutes after I pushed consistently to get extra wine, I saw them take a glass to an adjacent table of French men, and they all got the normal amount that I had to argue for. I’m an older American woman and felt discriminated

Hotel Review: A Comfortable and Convenient Stay in Tokyo We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo. The rooms were extremely clean and thoughtfully designed—modern, functional, and well-equipped, even if on the more compact side (which is typical for Tokyo). Despite the size, everything was laid out in a way that made our stay comfortable and convenient. The location is excellent, with multiple subway stations within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city. At the same time, the area was peaceful at night, which allowed us to wind down and get a restful sleep after full days of sightseeing. Customer service was outstanding—staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. We also took advantage of the hotel’s cost-effective luggage shipping service, which was a huge help as we traveled to our next destination. The daily breakfast was another highlight, offering a variety of tasty options to start the day. We also appreciated the small touches: pyjamas, slippers, and a selection of complimentary amenities like brushes and Q-tips added to the comfort of our stay. All in all, this hotel struck the perfect balance between convenience, comfort, and value. We would happily stay here again.

Great property in a quieter part of Shinjuku. Train station right outside of hotel to Shibuya and beyond. Great staff. One negative- terrible pillows- and that’s really the only issue I had.
