Good hotel and wonderful location

Great location (directly adjacent) to the National Stadium and within walking distance (2-5 minutes) of numerous trains for quick and easy access to all of the amazing sights of Tokyo. The breakfast buffet was the best we had during our 16 day Japan visit (Family of 4). Rooms are small (typical for Major cities) and double pane windows block out all outside noises. Views from all of the rooms are good except those on low floors looking directly at the highway.

Very nice building let down by poor service and staff. You’d think they would have a separate facility for corporate hospitality - the World Athletics Championships 2025 - held at national stadium across the road. Unable to eat at hotel and had to scramble to find a local meal. When I finally did manage to have a meal, I was bitterly disappointed in the pork bruschetta- two slices of spam on dry bread. There’s a bakery that sells food in the lobby, but you’re not supposed eat or drink that in the hotel - oh and the chairs and tables in the garden are off limits. The Hitachi steak was sublime. Fantastic room, brilliant view across Tokyo skyline. This hotel was just not for me

I loved the location. Its across the street from the main stadium and maybe a quarter mile from the baseball stadium. There are several train/ subway stops close amd a ton of dining options. The staff was incredible. So kind and warm. The only suggestion I would make is to add some weights to the gym. Its a nice layout but could use a full set of free weights.

Our room was nice, the area was surprisingly quiet for being within reasonable walking distance of Harajuku and Shinjuku. The oldest baseball stadium in Japan is a 5 minute walk & a fun experience. There is a subway stop right outside the hotel (albeit with plenty of stairs), too. Only minor negative was the lighting at the bathroom sink was poor. If you want good lighting, bring your own vanity light or similar. We would stay again… but we would bring a light.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well decorated, but really small. The staff were friendly and the lobby area is nice. We enjoyed the onsite restaurant. Though there is subway access a short walk away, there isn’t much to do around the area.

This hotel made my trip to Japan unforgettable! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by their attentiveness and warm hospitality. The staff's excellent English skills made everything so easy and comfortable. I was also fascinated by the incredible food buffet, with its wide variety of assortments that catered to every taste. Best Hotel in Tokyo!

This was such a nice, clean, and quiet hotel away from the busy city of Tokyo. It was nice coming back to a serene garden hotel after exploring the busy cities of Tokyo especially with the train station entrance very close by. This hotel also had a rooftop lounge that showed the best view of the Tokyo stadium. The staff was very friendly and most spoke English very well. The breakfast buffet was very delicious as well. The Mitsui Hotel group have been one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.
