Our experience with the check-in and front lobby staff was great; we really appreciated their welcoming spirit. The breakfast buffet was good, though it lacked a "wow" factor. It was crowded at times, but the staff did their best to keep things organized. The standard room (one queen bed) was small. It wasn't an issue for us since we didn't have large suitcases, but be aware that large luggage would likely take up more than half of the room’s hallway. We weren't entirely impressed with the housekeeping, as we had to remind them to leave us bottled water and the skincare packages (which aren't available in the lobby). The laundry room was always busy, as there are only four washer/dryer combo machines for the entire hotel. While we were lucky enough to get two loads done, our companions unfortunately witnessed an intense confrontation between other guests and the staff over the wait. As for the location, it was quiet yet convenient—we enjoyed our daily walks to Shinjuku and Shibuya, even though there were multiple stations nearby. Overall, the experience was okay. We stayed at four different hotels during our trip to Japan, and this one would rank third out of the four.

New, clean hotel albeit next to station. Rooms are tastefully furnished however lighting design in bathroom is dim and can be improved. Service was efficient but impersonal. Breakfast dining gets crowded at peak hours and was required to wait in queue. Onsen is well maintained but no towels provided - disappointing for this price point.

The staff were extremely courteous, the room was maintained very clean, and the breakfast options were great! The location was also extremely convenient. It was in a nice quiet location, but in close proximity to a number of subway stations.

Right from the start it was a great experience for our 2 week trip, the staff were super nice and inviting. The amenities were great, they allowed for delivery which we needed last minute and all around was a great experience with everything you need for a stay. Not the mention the hotel is close to 3 train stations which allowed us to go all around Tokyo super efficiently as well as to Yokohama which we did for a day trip.
