Very comfortable and certainly a five star hotel superbly situated close to Tokyo station so easy to navigate around Tokyo and connections to other parts of Japan. Rooms are large and well equipped, magnificent views across the Palace park area and city. Superb staff and magnificent breakfast.

A very impressive property with high-class Tokyo-style service. Staff is everywhere and always ready to answer your questions. The location is right across the street from the Imperial Palace and sits above the very convenient Otemachi metro station and an eight-minute walk from the Tokyo station.

The Palace hotel was a luxury splurge for us to wrap up a first trip to Tokyo. It was worth every penny. The room was very comfortable and the staff were very supportive. Though it ended up only at $20/day per person, for me the spa was not worth it. Especially the women's side only has a small sauna and bath.
