Room was very clean. Staff is very friendly. Free toiletries and water was such a big plus! And the donuts!! Omg! I can’t rave about Bespoke Hotel more! It was a great 5-day stay at a triple room. If there is a downside, the rooms are limited in space so if you have big luggages, it will be a challenge to maneuver.

Friendly staff. Love the easy morning breakfast options, all day donuts for the kiddos, and included happy hour. Nice washer/dryer one combo machine. Rooms were clean, nice, and included amenities. Right outside of Shinjuku main area so quiet but easy to walk to plenty of food and shopping. Highly recommend.

Bespoke Hotel was a fantastic place to stay in Tokyo. Even though the room was small, it accommodated our family of 4. It was clean with plenty of amenities. It was in a perfect location, close enough to the craziness of Shinjuku and to transport, but far enough away to get some quiet. Staff were helpful and the pastry/cereal breakfast was a nice surprise. So was the free alcohol in the evening (even though we only could drink there twice as we were usually out). Highly recommend this hotel for our first stop in Japan!

We had a fantastic stay here! We booked a double twin room, which was spacious and comfortable for 2 people. The free breakfast is a nice perk, and the location is perfect- a short walk to the bustling areas but on a quiet street.

Good hotel for the price, rooms are decent size, bathroom was big! Convenient location away from the busy and loud areas. Staff can be more friendlier, they all seem to dont want to make eye contact and say hello. carpet in rooms were not so clean, but wearing a pair of slippers was fine. If you like the Kabukicho area and dont want the noise, this hotel is perfect.
