I took my sister to Tokyo for the first time for a birthday present. Since it was our first time I was really looking for a place that’s close to the train station, clean, and quiet. This place checked those boxes. Everyone who worked at the hotel was really helpful and attentive especially with extra towels, waters, etc. overall had a good experience and whenever I come back I will stay here.

Excellent location. Close to Tamachi station (Yamanote line), but no noise from trains. Mita and Asakusa lines also very close. Wide variety of cakes, restaurants and izakaya in the area. Well priced. Recent build so all brand new and well maintained. Rooms are not huge but big for this price range and compare very well vs Villa Fontaine, APA etc. Beds were excellent. Bathroom large. Laundry etc very useful.

I found my stay here quite pleasant that I booked this hotel again for an extra day. It’s nestled in a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. It was a good destination of stay because it was in the middle so I could easily go to Shibuya, Shinjuku, other neighboring parts and then on the other direction I was able to commute to Ginza,shinagawa, etc. The rooms were extremely clean. They take pride in cleanliness and they’re eco friendly. Loved that there is a microwave and ice machine on the 5th floor. I also recommend opting in for their breakfast buffet it was a good mix of traditional Japanese breakfast and western breakfast. I will have to say most rooms in Japan are fairly small so don’t expect too much but if you’d like a much bigger room I recommend The double room, it was big enough for my liking.

Some good, some bad. But we would stay here again.
This was located about a 7-minute walk from a main station, but you had to go up long steps or an escalator to get into the station and it was very busy so it made it about 12-minutes to actually get to the gate. The good: the staff was able to communicate clearly in English and allowed us a very late check in (almost midnight). We had to ring a desk bell, but they did answer. The breakfast buffet looked okay, but we did not try it. We liked how they had their cleaning service, which was to leave towels, water, and other necessities if you did not specifically request a room cleaning. This is convenient and better for the environment The bad: The beds were hard. Very hard, but I understand that's the preferred style here. We didn't like how we had to go up the elevator to the lobby or how they didn't have a bell service to help with bags when the cost was more than 4-star hotels. Overall it was a bit out of the way of the main attractions, but having water nearby the hotel and 7-11 across the street, it was a nice place to stay considering it was peak travel time. We will return again!
