From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this hotel is a premier destination. The exterior is gorgeous, and the property is situated in a location that is both beautiful and remarkably quiet. Accommodations & Views Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and featured expansive windows that provided a serene view over the local waterway. It served as a perfect retreat after exploring the city. Exceptional Service What truly sets this hotel apart is its friendly and attentive staff. They were consistently eager to help and went above and beyond during our stay. A particularly touching gesture was the birthday treat they gifted me upon check-in; knowing my birthday was later in the week, they took the initiative to celebrate early since we would be checked out by the actual date. It was a thoughtful and unexpected surprise. Prime Location The hotel is ideally situated on the artificial island of Odaiba in Tokyo Bay. Despite its quiet atmosphere, it offers incredible convenience. We were just steps away from: Premium shopping malls and diverse restaurants. Beautiful parks and major event venues. Wonderful staff, clean and well stocked rooms (all the bathroom/hygiene amenities you could possibly need restocked daily in the bathroom), perfect location with the Yurikamome station right out the front doors, and a great buffet breakfast with many western and Asian offerings.
