Hotel staff are super friendly. We loved this hotel, the location was perfect after a long flight as it was a short taxi ride away. Room was clean with a amazing view and the most comfortable hard bed. The only down side is that i booked the room so my 10 year daughter could go swimming but later found out not children allowed.

The Hotel was amazing, everything was well maintained and the staff are beyond friendly and are always willing to help. The area around the hotel has a great deal to offer in terms of food and shopping and there was easy access to both the metro and taxi services to get you where you needed to go.

Excellent hotel. Staff are friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. The room was excellent with lots of complimentary bathroom products, bottled water and pyjamas, all of which were replenished every day. The hotel was right next to a train station, and shopping malls, which was very convenient.

The hotel was well prepared to deal with hundreds of visitors, especially large tour groups. They seemed to have more than a sufficient number of staff to cater to the needs of all.
