Our flight was delayed by 24 hours and staff went out of their way to assist us during a stressful and exhausting time. I cannot say enough nice things about them - above and beyond service despite how busy they are. When we requested additional towels and pillows they also accommodated our request quickly. Despite the location, the hotel was quiet and comfortable. It would be a great place to stay when arriving early or departing late at night. Also located right in the middle of Haneda Airport Garden, which is full of shops, restaurants and combini. They have laundry facilities, smoking room and everything you could need.

Our flight to Japan was delayed so we did not get there until about 8 PM so we decided to get a hotel room at the last minute at the airport. It was a great decision. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Much needed rest after our long flight.

Excellent customer service. Very nice rooms comfortable beds. Requested extra towels and they had someone up to our room within five minutes. The convenience of the hotel next to multiple shopping options and dining options was very nice. The view of Tokyo was very nice as well. After long days of the hustle and bustle of Tokyo, it was a great place to unwind and relax.

Comfy, perfectly located airport hotel

Lovely and comfy room. Was a bit disappointed that the hot pool and gym were only avaialble for an extra cost. Very easy access to terminal 3, literally joined to it

It is a great place to relax before a stressful move. If the weather is bad, the shopping area is conveniently connected to the hotel and the terminal. I have stayed at many Haneda hotels. This is by far the best for travelers.

Great airport hotel with amazing staff.

Great hotel attached to T3 in Haneda...super convenient for airport overnights with train,/ bus connections. Rooms are small but nice. 2 levels of shops and great restaurants nearby. Amazing, friendly and efficient staff waiting in lobby to help and assist. Upon arrival. Will always come back. Highly recommend!

Beside the good location that you can walk to airport and very friendly staff, nothing worth to stay here. Room is so tiny, no counter space, not enough lighting, very little room for your luggage. Drainage in bathroom sink is incredibly slow. This is the least favorite hotel stay for my entire trip. Disappointed.
