Very convenient from arrival floor of terminal 3 by walking. The cleanness and comport of the hotel is really good. The onsen (hot springs) is excellent. The breakfast is wonderful.

Very nice airport hotel especially for the price, lot of restaurants around so it’s a decent option to stay at before your morning flight. Very quick check in and check out process.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is the best reason we decided to stay; close to the airport, shoppings, restaurants, and transportations! The room had a decent size and amenities are great! We also enjoyed accessing to hot springs throughout our stay.

Hotel is in an ideal location if you need to stay close to the airport for an early flight. The room is ok for the price point. However, getting to and using the spa is rather confusing with multiple steps to check in that could be more streamlined. The scrubs are rather aggressive and not relaxing. Overall, a good experience but not what I expected
