Good but basic

Staffs at front desk are not very good at communicating with guests in English. No complimentary water. Good location for shopping in Ginza.

GREAT LOCATIONS, small room

Nice hotel and great area for shoppinng and food. There's a sky hop tour bus, go to the right of main hotel entrance, cross street and go left (cdross street) and and you will find stop a few feet away. (Hotel employees didn't know where stop was) Room was so very small. No real place for luggage, we were crammed in room. It was nice to have washer/dryer in room. Bathroom nice size. Pillows not so comfortable, bed okay. Checkin is strictly at 3 pm. No early checkin. Let you leave luggage. All in all a good place to stay.

VERY simple and provide basic needs. Not fancy due for a renovation. Carpet had lots of stains which made the experience not as clean although it is. Lots of good restaurants around! Good for longer stay, the washing machine is great! Needs more hangers and hanging spaces.

Hotel needs updating. We stayed in room 1202 with washer_ dryer. Carpets in room old. The blinds need to be updated. The bathroom looks like a bigger version of an airplane bathroom .its like in a plastic capsule. The vent at the entrance to room as well as hallway vents are extremely dusty wow. Not worth 400$ a night. I stayed at Ginza Canvas on Ginza corridor. Now that was new and updated.

Close to the subway station east Ginza. Convenient location for shopping and there are some popular restaurants in the area. Complimentary coffee every day is a real plus. The laundry machine in the room is not really necessary but for someone that needs it might be a plus. For us it took some precious room space.
