The room itself was clean and not a bad size for Tokyo standards. I wish I knew about the amenities of the hotel earlier, as I only discovered the laundry facilities when I checked out. The staff were polite. The hotel itself is in a great location close to major shops, department stores and Ginza station. I would stay here again. Thank you.

The location of the Gracery Ginza is very ideal. It’s close to the main Ginza road and near enough to multiple train and metro stations. I do wish there was a convenience store closer but it’s a minor detail. We weren’t informed that there was a complimentary coffee station in the lobby and microwave. We discovered it when we were checking out. Other than that, the rooms were exactly a described - small but it did the job. I love that there were 4 pillows!

The hotel is decent, in the Ginza area. However there was a odd smell in the room. Other than that. It is a decent location if you want to be in Ginza area surrounded by luxury stores and expensive restaurants. Hotel lobby has self serve toiletries.

A clean, basic hotel room, about 10mins walk to Ginza / Higashi-Ginza stations. Next to Ginza 6, with good selection of restaurants & a whiskey place. A short walk to boutiques & brands. Uniqlo flagship is right across from the other side of Ginza 6. Lobby at L3, refreshment section has coffee & orange juice, there’s a dried flowers section where you can make your own scent sachets, super cool
