Overall I didn’t think this was good value for money. This is a very busy hotel with not enough staff for the number of guests. The breakfast is expensive and not very good, doesn’t even include a real coffee. Better to go to the bakery and just get a croissant. The bathroom doesn’t have a fan and there is just one pillow per bed. Everything feels stingy. It’s a good 15 walk from Shinjuku train station, worth bearing in mind.

Great overall experience! Loved the vibe in the lobby with the mellow music and then there was the amazing bakery!!! The rooms were well equipped and super clean! The staff was quiet and helpful. Location across the park was amazing. Beautiful walk through the park in the morning was to die for!!

The staff at this hotel are fantastic. This includes hotel staff and restaurant staff. Room was clean and had everything you need. The food at the restaurant was very good. It is very close to the Tokyo Metropolitan Building which has a viewing area on the 45th floor and a light show every night. A must see when in the area. It is located about 15-20 minutes from Shinjuku station so walking to and from the station with luggage was a bit of a struggle. However you could take a taxi if walking that distance with all your luggage is difficult.They said they were doing renovations on the building a there would be noise but we heard nothing. There is a bakery in the lobby that was always busy. Would recommend this hotel is you want to stay in a quieter area of Shinjuku.

While the property itself was great the rooms were not so great. The shower was tiny and at 6’2 I had a hard time taking a shower or using the mirror in the bathroom. The beds were very firm and the room was tiny.

Short distance from Shinjuku station. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Small rooms but this is normal and didn’t need that much space as you don’t spend a lot of time in the room.
