The wall next to the bed were very dusty. We have rashes from the dust. The lady didn't removed dirty towels. The next door room bangs on the walls a lot that hit our headboard. The bathroom toilet was loud and smell bad every time it was flushed Garbage was not empty until 3rd day. Water were randomly left on the counter. I will not book for this hotel again

Overall it was mid. The beds are very firm and the overall climate in the room was on the humid side even in 20 degrees weather. The room door is not sound proof at all and this is a younger attendance hotel that will have traffic through the night in the hallways. I had a superior double room and it was alright space wise but a friend of mine stayed in a regular double room and it was on the smaller side. It is nice to be off of the noisy and honestly quite unpleasant Kabukicho area but also close enough to be able to walk 10mins and be in the thick of it if necessary. There is a great bakery downstairs if you wish to eat freshly baked goods. The breakfast buffet is good but on the pricey side if you don’t have it included in your stay (3,500yen) I would recommend this hotel if you are in your 20s - early thirties as it is quite lively but for an old 42 year old like me, I was expecting a quieter experience. Also worth noting, there are two amazing parks very close by Shinjuku Goyen National Garden and the Meiji Jingu Shrine and Garden. That alone is worth the stay for a day or two.

A wonderful find! Love the location, love the bar / restaurant, bakery & coffee shop on property. Room was functional - comfortable & clean. A couple thoughts to improve - softer pillows, irons & ironing board in the laundry & coffee shop opening a little earlier. All that said, I'll be back!

This is a bustling hotel. It is next to a really nice urban park and is a five minute walk to the Tokyo Met. Govt. Building making going to the observation deck especially convenient. There is also a subway station in the basement of the government building that allows you to go to Haneda Airport without having to go to the Shinjuku station, a real plus.

I interacted with the front desk once. The check in was super fast and professional. The double deluxe room was pretty spacious for 2 people and 2 suitcases. I would have liked to see some outlets by the bed, but they were on the opposite wall. Bathroom was pretty small (the quality of the paper was better at some coffee shops I visited). Fresh towels every day were appreciated. What really stands out at this hotel though is the bar/restaurant and their staff. The food was excellent, especially the dinner menu, and the servers were incredible, personable, attentive and they consistently acknowledged everyone going in an out. Also, there were plenty of staff to take care of everyone and they remembered me every time I walked by. The bakery downstairs is also an asset, the pastries were delicious. It was these 2 areas that truly shined for me.

The hotel is fairly convenient - around 15 mins walk to the Shinjuku station. There's a Family Mart 3 mins away and a larger supermarket 10 mins away. The neighborhood is quiet. And there's a nice vibe at the hotel lobby, with music at night and a few gathering places. The More Than bakery offers tasty bread and pastries for breakfast. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The checkin and checkout was efficient and simple. The hotel also had coin laundry machines.

The Knot Shinjuku – A Decent Stay, But Probably a One-Time Stop We stayed at The Knot Shinjuku for a couple of nights and overall had a good experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is located in a quiet, family-friendly area, which is a nice break from the usual Tokyo chaos. The room was clean, but definitely Tokyo-sized—tight, especially with 3 beds. The washroom is very basic and could really use a small garbage bin, which seems like an odd thing to leave out. The biggest issue for us was the lack of power outlets. In a room meant for three adults, having just a few outlets to charge phones, cameras, and other gear overnight is far from ideal. That said, the hotel has a stylish vibe, a peaceful location, and overall delivered what we needed for a short stay. But between the tight layout and the charging struggles, it’s probably not a spot we’d choose again.

Fantastic hotel. Great location in the quieter part of Shinjuku couldn’t recommend this hotel enough Rooms in Tokyo tend to be small but this hotel room was acceptable 👍 Amazing breakfast worth every penny

We liked the bakery and staff. We found the toilet quite smelly. The bathroom was very cramped and there was no space to hang things or put things near the sink
