Everything was very good. The staff when we check in and check were super nice and friendly. It was very cleaned and professional. It was very nice how they provided us with water and clean towels every day. It's a must if you are visiting Japan.

Overall great experience, check in was easy, very clean, amenities as listed, the bakery in the lobby was amazing, great location! Only downsides: bed was VERY firm to the point of being hard to fall asleep on. Temperature control in our room didn’t seem to actually do anything?It was set very high when we arrived, we turned it all the way down and the room never changed temperature. We ended up just keeping the window open the whole time.

The room was small, but very clean and functional. The bakery and restaurant were also good, and convenient to have on location. Staff were very kind and helpful. While the location is slightly farther from the train station, it was nice to be in a quieter part of Shinjuku. Very easy to get around, and across a park from the Metropolitan Government Building with an amazing (and free) observatory with wonderful views of the city.

Good hotel, but the rooms got a little hot. I didn’t know that the A/C units were not able to be individually controlled in each room. Overall, a great hotel though. Very clean and nice staff. The restaurant and bakery in the lobby were good too.

The Knot Tokyo was Amazing!! Great location awesome staff Top Knoch Brekke. Very clean room we stayed with these guys a total of 3 nights, one night on arrival then two nights after hukuba. I would recommend the knot to everyone. Great job guys we will be staying here again for sure !

The room was small but efficiently laid out and the location was right across from the government observatory where you can see Mt. Fuji from the free viewing deck! Also some rooms give you a view of the government observatory which also had a fantastic light show at night. Very helpful staff, and super easy checkout. Also - the shower’s water oressure is outstanding!!!

Excellent mid priced boutique hotel in Nishi Shinjuku. Location was great very quiet and peaceful area close to the park 1 km walk to the train station. Room was clean and functional and clean and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurants at the property are very good the bakery being the stand out. The walls are a little thin but we would saty there again.

We only stayed one night, so it is difficult to say how the hotel is, but it had a cool vibe. We arrived on Friday night and DJ was playing at the front lobby. Generally the decor was mostly black. The hotel staff were very nice. The bakery attached to the hotel looked really good.
