The bidet was partially broken but still worked for its intended purpose, it just leaked water on the side and the nozzle was black and looks dirty. I'm not sure if Air Conditioning was disabled but it would be nice to have AC and heat. I sometimes get hot too easily and having a hotel where I can cook down really helps. Probably my biggest complaint was the shower/bath drain which gets clogged extremely easily. I think it's just the design which picks up just a bit of hair and then drains slowly. My room was cleaned properly by housekeeping and I appreciated it. One day my nose was so runny and my runny nose got on my pillow case when I was asleep and it was really gross and I was so grateful to have a clean pillow case after housekeeping came. I also received a lot of drinking water from the property which was fantastic. Overall the room was a bit small and I couldn't relax completely, the pillows were also a bit uncomfortable which may be why I couldn't relax. I expected the small room so I don't hold that as a negative point. It was affordable so the size of the room was fine for the price. I think maybe the pillow, shower drain, and a more reliable air conditioner would be my only real concerns.

The hotel that i would book again in Kabukicho
The hotel usually do not accept parcels on behalf of customers but they had made an exception for me and they have made it possible for me to retrieve my belonging that i had forgotten at my previous hotel. Absolutely fabulous service. As everyone knows about the reputation of Kabukicho, they implemented the hotel main door to be opened only with a room key so this definitely made me feel safer staying in the area.

Everything is smaller than expected. Don’t recommend people over 5’9” and couples over 180 lbs to stay at this property because they offer you only a full size bed. You would even have problems using the toilet and shower amenities.
