We had a great stay! The hotel was located in a convenient location close to lots of convenience stores, restaurants, and Shinjuku station. The room was surprisingly spacious for a group of four. The staff are friendly and very helpful!

This might be the worst Mimaru location I’ve ever been and this is even most expensive one. First of all, this apartment hotel is quite poorly maintained and feel very old, and also there are stains everywhere including your bed sets. Staff is not that friendly as well. Don’t recommend this location

Love the staff, always willing to help with everything! Location was great for us! It’s in West Shinjuku which is great for families as it’s not as hectic as other Toyko areas! Close to Shinjuku Station! The room was great, comfortable with everything you need!

Good location, within walking distance of transport and convenience stores. Staff at the hotel reception was very helpful and pleasant. Room was clean with good amenities. We were travelling as a family of 4 including children and the room was very comfortable and spacious.
