It's a large hotel complex with many rooms. Check in and checkout are automated and self-serviced like many hotels in Japan. Location is okay, not too far from the Shinjuku Station. Room size is small but all facilities are well maintained and in good condition.

Very helpful staff from check in to check out No issues found with room during stay Very convenient being attached the the airport limousine bus service from and to Haneda airport. Many convenience stores located in and around the hotel Luggage check in service is very helpful especially if you have a delayed flight. Check out was 11 am but we were able to keep our luggage with them till we had to go to the airport at 6pm+

This was literally the smallest hotel room I have ever seen, I could stretch my body out while laying on the bed and touch both sides of the room at the same time. The walls were quite thin and you could hear everything that was going on in the rooms around you. This hotel is located in more of the downtown district of Shinjuku, and it was about a 15 minute walk to find restaurants and things like that.

Area around the hotel is nice and prime. It is quite as little away from main Shinjuku. But being a 4 star hotel they don't have daily cleaning facility. Only good option was locality and they allowed late checkout which was 12 PM. Also, you can store the luggage. Family Mart is inside the main building and you can get Airport bus stop at the hotel that's was the good part.

Indeed the rooms were perfect. Clean and we had everything we needed. They were a bit warm, and we wish we had control on the air con in our room.

The breakfast was incredible. Really great location, that’s within 10 minute walk to Shinjuku station. One thing to note, the bed and pillows were rough. Very hard and not too great on the back after a long day of walking around Tokyo. Overall I would recommend this hotel for the value and location, but the beds could use some help.

Room cleaned only once every three days, small and outdated room with small windows and very dry air. Relatively close to Shinjuku station and to a food market but price is too much for what you get..
