Easy to check in and out. Room was clean. Enough room to fit luggage comfortably. Ladies only floor was nice and quiet. Pillow was bit uncomfortable but bed was nice. Staff were nice and let me store bag after check out. The luggage storage fills up quickly in morning so be quick if you want to lock and secure your bag.

There are many accesible restaurants and stores in the same building, the staff is helpful and if you are using the limousine bus, the property is one stop which is great

This hotel had everything. Eady check in, friendly staff, a selection of great restaurants, a couple of convenient stores, nearby access to underground tunnel all the way to the shinjuku station.
