The room was very clean, you can tell its an older hotel but very well maintained. The amenities were wonderful and it is soo close to Disney. The staff was so helpful and friendly. If i am in the area again I will definitely stay here.

Staff was efficient as soon as we drove up. We were greeted and she helped us with our luggage and escorted us into the hotel to check in. The rooms were spacious. The walk to the monorail was about a 4 minute walk and there was a Lawson right across the street in the Hilton . Dinner buffet was great . A lot of food to chose from . Definitely will stay there again in October

Being able to catch airport limousine was a great bonus for us. Disneyland was our last destination and definitely didn’t want to go through Tokyo station again. We had a limousine bus ride directly from the hotel, only took 1.20mins.

The hotel staffs were very professional, kind and patient with their customers. Our room was very clean and spacious for our family of four. Also, the shuttle service to Disney Sea and Disneyland was very convenient except it’s not designed to accommodate travelers with bigger luggages. The limousine bus to the airport was also very easy for us and the bellmen were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The hotel is stunning, easy to get to the parks(bus and train but very short). The staff was amazing and so helpful! They have free lockers to store luggage which is so nice on check out day! As a whole I would highly recommend this hotel!!

It was beautiful - so close to Disney and such a lovely place to stay. Only piece of feedback is the self service dryers are too small :)

We stayed in a variety of hotels during our time visiting Disney, we found this hotel good value, but the beds were not comfortable, and the lack of air conditioning even in winter made for a stuffy room. Even with the big balcony door open, air flow was lacking.

Love this resort best stay and very close to both parks walkable or just hop on the Disney train. The resort gorgeous inside and has a mini Disney store. Wonderful resort 👌
