It was tight for our family of 5, but comfortable enough for our 2 days at Disney. The breakfast buffet was amazing and by far our favorite breakfast from our whole 2 weeks in Japan. The shuttles to and from Disney were great. Many time options for getting to Disney, but not many options for the return. They have essentials to buy in the lobby if needed and a Family Mart 5 min walk away. The local bus stop to get to the train station was also very close and easy to use. Overall a nice place to stay.

We got to the hotel 2 hours earlier than check in, the guy who was at the front desk helped us keep our luggage until it was time for check in. He helped but was not welcoming or friendly. He didn’t smile. It was the other staff who was mopping the floor who was friendlier than the hostess! When we did check in, those staff working were very welcoming! Too bad the first guy left a not so good impression. The hotel is at least 15 minutes to any convenient stores and the station, a lot further from our Airbnb we stayed before coming here. Since there were no close by restaurants- it was harder to get dinner or late night snacks especially since we were exhausted from walking. We couldn’t get picked up from this hotel when we were ordering ride service to the airport. We had to get picked up elsewhere .. not even uber would go there.

The first morning of my stay at 7:00 I went to grab a water from the fridge after breakfast and was aggressively accosted by a man from the front desk. He screamed that the water was for guest only! I informed him calmly that I was a guest and he still screamed not for you! While pointing at the sign. I said I was a guest, showed my room key and asked him to stop screaming in my face and requested for a manager and he said no. I told him that his behavior was racist and micro aggressive and he said he did not care. I have never been spoken to like that in my life let alone by a staff member at a hotel that I am paying guest at. He has been the only staff present at the front desk all morning and ignored my multiple request to speak to anyone else. I asked to speak to a manager and check out and he refused. The next day I spoke to a manager and he was not any better. I traveled to Japan with my 7 year old and that moment definitely negatively impacted out trip. On June 2nd multiple hotel staff entered my room unannounced asking when I was checking out because the front desk told them to come by. I explained I had a 3 days stay and asked why so many staff continued to come into my room once asked not to.
