The hotel is conveniently located close to Disneyland and Disneysea. There is a Lawson downstairs and the train station is a 3 min walk away. There is the mall area also within a few mins walk. Overall, the area was very convenient for our young family. The hotel is a bit older but it is well maintained and clean. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Our children loved the lounge area with complimentary snacks and drinks, especially the grape slushies and cotton candy machine. There is an entire amenity store that you can “shop” at, laundry facility, microwave area, and shuttle bus to Disney.

This is my new favorite hotel near the Tokyo Disney Resort. The room was perfect for 4 adults. They had recently refurbished the hotel and we could tell. The room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel staff at reception were helpful and friendly. The nightly reception area was comfortable with lots of drink and snack options. The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. It was conveniently located next to the train station, stores and a shopping mall. It was 1-stop away from Maihama and the hotel offered a complimentary shuttle to/from Disney. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

They clean the room daily. Make the beds every 3 days. In the lobby they have a free snack, drinks, for all ages. There is a Lawson’s in the hotel. It’s next to a mall with lots of food options. But the mall doesn’t open till 10/11. There is a family mart right down the road, maybe a 5/10 minute walk. The staff is very friendly! They do luggage transfer. Airporter is what they recommended for same day delivery. It’s a courier . They offer free shuttle to both parks.

Spotless room, very convenient for families. Connected to train lines, Lawsons in lobby, large mall and grocery next to train station and free disney shuttle. Perfect for convenience.

The room was a great size, the kids loved the complimentary drinks and snack area. We loved how close it was to the train station and that it had a free shuttle bus to Disney.

Room was clean and comfortable. Check-in was a bit inefficient (had to wait in line). Breakfast buffet is great, but very crowded at 6:30am - 7:30am, probably because of people going early to Disneyland. If your reservation includes breakfast, be careful to check inclusions as they seem to charge kids from 4 - 6 yrs separately. They incorrectly charged me breakfast for two days for my 9yo until I emailed the hotel to ask about it - after that they fixed it with the restaurant. If requiring an airport bus to Narita just note that there are limited operating times from the Shin-Urayasu station next door. If you take the hotel shuttle to Disneyland, there are many more airport bus departure times from there (the airport bus picks up right next to the hotel shuttle drop off location).
