Small rooms. Wont bring you towels you have to go get them yourself in lobby. Very small bathroom. Pool is closed. No microwave in room. 1.5 hours away from Tokyo station (very far away from everything). They won’t allow food delivery to your room and you have to go to the lobby to get it. Elevator can take 10 min to get because it is so busy. Rooms are not cleaned daily. Unfortunately staff are not very friendly. and you have to request garbage bags.

No one at this property was friendly nor helpful! No one spoke English! Staff were very rude!! Swimming pool was closed for no reason. Nail salon staff were rude, we had an appointment to have nail design for two & we wanted tips on they said no we don’t have time but we made an appointment. Useless salon!! They have no idea what they are doing!

Convienient to Makuhari Messe. Tiny sized rooms despite being large hotel. Overly expensive average quality breakfast buffet at La Veranda.

Convenient hotel for access to Makuhari Messe and Chiba Marine Stadium. Nice views. Convenience store and restaurants on-site. Room was a bit old, but immaculately clean.

Nice hotel very close to the exhbition centre. Automatic check in was a struggle because it did not work properly. The rooms were small but the hotel has nice facilities and the staff were all really helpful and professional.

My stay was amazing, and everything from check in to check out was easy and streamlined. The hotel wasn’t too far from the train station and was a nice walk to and from the station. There were plenty of food options in the area, as well as shopping options as well.
