I stayed at the Mitsui Premier Hotel for five nights. The room was a bit small, but it was manageable and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the location was very central to all the high-end shopping districts. The hotel is closer to Shinbashi station than Ginza station, about a 10-minute walk. (Also should checkout the Shinbashi station area, very busy and fun when sun down) The staff was very attentive and friendly. I especially appreciated Julia from reception for helping me find a “last-minute” restaurant for my friends birthday dinner. There are many restaurants nearby, as well as a 7-Eleven and a very nice coffee shop called Northern Wood which opposite the hotel, they make great coffee, which is perfect for a morning pick-me-up. I would recommend this hotel.

On the plus side Nice hotel, good food, quiet and compact with everything you need. On the negative. Limited food availability, restaurant full so couldn’t get dinner, no room service. Shout out to the front desk staff, sorted out my mistake when booking my shuttle. Watch the hotel name, there are several with very similar names. I booked from the wrong hotel, and the shuttle service was not going to pick me up. Front desk sorted it for me though.

My stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Premier was excellent! The location is perfect—just a short walk to Ginza shopping streets and the train stations. The room was modern, clean, and had an amazing city view.
