Expect tiny rooms and no bell hop service. Breakfast was decent. Location was great. No amenities. Not even a yard just a lobby and the rooms. I think it’s best for business where you just sleep, shower and are off.

Same as with checking in...checking out was a hassle. They claimed they had made a mistake when I checked in and required me to show my passport for them to photograph. The room was already paid for so technically I could have left the key cards in my room. If there was an error, why didn't they just call my room to tell me to come down to rectify? Also, we had two drinks each in the bar while housekeeping was cleaning our room to the tune of 7500 JY. Not great drinks, very small. I ordered a bloody mary just because it was on the menu and they made it with tomato juice.

The hotel is in a great location — conveniently close to shopping areas, a wide range of restaurants, and several train stations, making it easy to get around. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the lobby offers a stunning view that really sets a welcoming tone upon arrival. However, the cleanliness of the hotel room leaves something to be desired. While the cleaning staff are efficient at surface-level tidying, deeper cleaning appears to be lacking. There were noticeable stains in the bathroom that could use more thorough attention. Additionally, the elevators had a faint smell of cigarette smoke, possibly due to the presence of smoking rooms or floors within the hotel. Overall, while the location and service are strong positives, improvements in deep cleaning and ventilation would greatly enhance my experience.
