While it is a well appointed hotel of fine design, we were told the hotel’s air conditioning was turned off time at this time of the year (February), making our room unbearable hot (perhaps 28 degrees C), necessitating us to move to a neighbouring hotel. They were very accommodating and provided us with a full refund of the unused stay nights, but nothing more for the poor night’s sleep or the inconvenience.

My stay covered a few different days and rooms due to my being with a group during the middle of my time in Japan. I shared a room and had my own single room at times. All the rooms where clean and well taken care of and included things like a coffee maker, steam iron and pad for pressing clothes, a humidifier. I had never staying in Tokyo and believe the rooms were pretty standard (on the small side) size for Tokyo. I paid in advance for the breakfast for most of my stay. Very good mostly western buffet style with plenty of choices to suit your needs. The front desk was helpful with my room transitions and when I needed to reach out to a local business for information. The Ginza district was a nice home base for me with easy, walkable access to subway lines. The famed Tsukiji fish market has moved the commercial operations to new location but left a multi-block area of mom and pop stall's with any kind of fish or meat product and other things. It's about a 15 min walk from the hotel and I highly recommend going there.

Location is perfect in Ginza. Room is spotless, staffs are friendly with excellent services, can’t express enough, will definitely come back to this Hotel.

I stayed on the 29th floor. The room was clean, and the street view was beautiful. I really liked the location—it was easy to get to the train station, and I could even see Tokyo Tower from the hotel lobby. However, the bathroom had a very unpleasant odor. Although the toilet itself was clean, there was a strong lingering bad smell, and I couldn’t determine where it was coming from.

PLEASE READ (important) I’ll keep this short and direct. The room cleanliness was unacceptable. There was semen on the curtain, and the bathroom contained extensive black mold, which is a serious health concern. The staff’s response was deeply disappointing. There was absolutely no apology, no concern, and no sincerity shown. When we requested a room change, we were moved from room 08 to room 07 next door. Unfortunately, the second room was no improvement. Black mold was again present, indicating this is not an isolated issue but a broader maintenance problem. Breakfast was underwhelming and did not reflect what is advertised on the website. The selection was very limited. If you choose to stay at a Mitsui property, I strongly recommend the Mitsui Garden Hotel rather than the Premier. This hotel is outdated, poorly maintained, and operated by staff who appear disengaged from guest well-being and service standards
