Good for short layover

I booked this hotel for a short layover in Haneda. Our flight landed at 1030 pm and we were able to catch the hotel free shuttle at 1155 pm which I think is their second to the last service for the day. We arrived at the hotel within 10 mins and were dropped off at their west wing which is about 1 min walk to their main hotel. The location is good as there is a 24 hrs convenience store and a restaurant (Sukiya) across the road. There is also self check in facilty. Room is japanese standard. Overall this hotel is good for a short stay near Haneda airport.

Nice airport hotel for arriving on a late flight to Haneda or for an early flight the next day. There’s free airport shuttle but even if you don’t use it, the local train station is very closed by.

Comfortable room

The room we stayed was small but good layout using small floor space, so it was quite comfortable. The free shuttle bus service to Haneda Airport was great too. I would like to stay there again.

First time was excellent, but this second time was terrible; both the cabinet table and under mirror table are stained, shoehorn was broken. JAL has wonderful symbol in Japan, but I can't believe JAL hotel is like this!!

Poor customer service

Bad customer service to deliver my luggage the next day in mt. Fuji. They promised my luggage would be delivered next day before noon. I waited at my hotel in mt Fuji , called front desk and the employer didn’t want to give any information about my luggage. Just told me : “wait , your luggage will be there at the end of the day”! I had an itinerary, delivery luggage works very well in Japan but the employer was rude and he didn’t even want to give his name, had a train ticket to another town and couldn’t go because the employer that didn’t have any info. Hung up on me when I asked again for his name. Don’t be rude to guests , explain where is the luggage which arrives very late to my hotel in mt Fuji . Don’t recommend to anyone. Japanese customer service and hospitality are not like that.
