Very convenient location and in the middle of the heart of Shinjuku. Great place that gets the job done if you are looking for somewhere to stay with a clean room and all amenities you need. Biggest plus is being near literally everything you need during your trip. Room is small so be prepared but that is what you should expect for most average hotels in the shinjuku area for a reasonable price point.

The hotel is excellently located for the underground and there’s lots going on in Shinjuku! There was free teas/coffee/water and some toiletry items in reception in case you’ve forgotten something. There was also a book of oregami to give that a go! The room was very clean and they gave slippers to wear inside with a daily towel change if you wanted it but it was quite small so we didn’t sleep so well. The shower was powerful though and the toilet had all the expected buttons in Japan so you could give things a go in a safe space…

Excellent location. Close to Shinjuku Station. Tons of food, drink, and shopping options nearby. Room size is typical for what you get in Tokyo. Very clean. Excellent and friendly staff. The only criticism is that the rooms are a bit dated.

Staff was very friendly upon check in. Our room was on the small side, but this was as expected for Tokyo. In future I would probably try to get a larger room than the semi-double for a couple of tall adults. Location was very convenient. Close to Shinjuku station and withing walking distance of many good restaurants. The room was fairly comfortable, though the mattress was on the very firm side and there were some scuffs on the walls that showed a bit of age. However, having a washer/dryer in the room was very convenient. Towels and garbage are changed upon request, and it was easy to do so.

Super friendly and welcoming staff. Amazing location close to a plethora of restaurants. Right next to multiple metro stops and very close to Shinjuku station. Very safe and clean and nice sized room. Highly recommend.

Clean room, the staff was very helpful and spoke some English. The washer dryer combo was a little small, but got the job done. Rooms are quite small, but that’s to be expected in Tokyo. Location was definitely the highlight. Super convenient and right in the mix of Shinjuku!
