The hotel had an impressive lobby, but unfortunately, the rooms were very outdated. There was no gym or spa available, and the balcony mentioned in the booking was not in use. Additionally, access to the pool required an extra fee. Considering the price we paid, we expected better value for money. Moreover, the rate we were charged through your platform was 40% higher than other available options, which was quite disappointing.

This hotel has passed its prime many years ago. The location and views of Tokyo Tower are great but it is not worth the money. Old fixtures in bathrooms, dingy carpets, seems like a hotel built in the 70s and never updated. Rooms were also very small.

I enjoyed my time here, and it is closed to alot of train stations so easy to get around. The room is a bit old but still clean. However, some staffs are not very welcoming, maybe due to the language barrier. Overall still a good place.

I loved the scent of the hotel as soon as we walked in—the cleanliness of the staff in their uniforms. The hotel offers complimentary amenities, including full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and hand and face wash. I loved having a view of Tokyo Tower from my hotel window. The size of the room was perfect for my husband and me. The best thing was having a Lawson on the B1 floor. We were able to buy snacks and exchange currency for yen. I highly recommend this hotel.

On the plus side: good location, spacious rooms, good overall condition, a great breakfast buffet, courteous and helpful staff. On the minus side: no gym, nice pool but no water in it, very dated and relatively pricey restaurant offerings.

Rooms are small. Breakfast buffet is vast but western things like pastries and fruit not as fresh as other hotels we stayed at on our trip. Didnt have Japanese food for breakfast; there were many choices.
