Cleaness is lacking Toilet very smelly and full of mold. Informed hotel and they claed they cleaned it the next day again but still smelly most likely becajse of the mold. The hotel says they cant give is any compansation because it was a special fare booking. But honestly only because we got a discounted room does that mean they should be offering a unclean room?

The rooms are comfortable and easy to settle in. Private bathroom and shower. Water is hot and quick. Bed is firm if you like a very firm sleep. Super clean and a great place to stay on a budget.

Check in was relatively painless. Staff are polite, competent, and have a good command of spoken English. Rooms are quite small. There is a tiny bathroom with small tub, shower, and toilet. The door to the bathroom was a folding door with a broken handle. The sink is outside the bathroom. There is a tiny closet, tiny refrigerator and tiny microwave. There is a desk, small TV, several cubby holes, and 2 chairs. The room is a little cramped, but is clean. There are ample outlets to charge your devices . The room comes with a multiport charger that plugs into one of the AC outlets. (See pic). This device has ports for USB C, apple lightning ports micro USB ports, allowing one to charge multiple devices with various plug in requirements. In addition there is also an ethernet port near these outlets if you still have devices that have ethernet ports. The wifi download speed was 2.58 mbps (near window) Upload was 0.44 MBPS in room near the windows. Then, the next morning it was around 50/50 up and down closer to the door. As it turns out, the door has a metal plate, and the closer you are to the door, your wifi signal improves. The download and upload speeds right next to the door (inside your room) exceeded 100 MBPS. If your trash bags fill up, you are responsible for taking it down to the basement, and triaging trash (burnable vs non burnable, and plastic bottles). Room was cramped and tattered, but clean. Adequate. However, there is NO housekeeping. You may get clean towels at the front desk, but if you plan to stay more than a week, you won't get any maid service to clean the room or change the sheets.

It was affordable and located in a good area for convenience. The bed was large and comfortable as well. Rooms here are not as clean, and this is due to housekeeping not occurring daily, so the room isn't well kept up in general. Sink backsplash and tub had mold, but wasn't to the extreme where you were uncomfortable with it.

F Wi-Fi was solid, but the internet dropped out. I had to finish my zoom meeting using 5G, the hotel internet was too unreliable. Front desk people are very nice.

Best place to explore Tokyo from!

Everything in the room was very clean. Be prepared everything is smaller in Japan vs USA- but they make efficient use of space so there’s plenty of amenities packed in. The electric tea kettle was nice to have. The basement laundry room, provided toiletries in the lobby/room, and control of the AC in the room were also nice amenities. The best part was the location- right across the river from Sensoji Temple, where’s there’s tons of shopping and food. The river walk is absolutely gorgeous especially at night. And there’s a couple convenience stores close by, one is on the block next to the hotel. The neighborhood in general is more reasonably priced to stay in, and more quiet, than staying in places like Akihabara or Shibuya. At least from what we saw. We loved staying here!

Ok rooms for couples, pretty cheap for four days. Kinda a secret entrance but the title on the top of the building helps. About 10-15 away from main Akasusa so very walkable. Room was in ok condition, lots of small stains and weird water marks all other the place but a great room to just crash in.
