Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Room was a little warm for the fall weather season. When I spoke to the hotel staff aboutvthe issue, I was told that "The entire hotel was set up for central heating, and that my individual room AC/Heating panel would not go below a fixed temp setting.". It was then suggested if I wanted the room colder, I would have to shut off the AC/Heating panel and open a window to let the cold air come in to the room.

Some of the front desk staff was really great. Rooms were clean. The only negative is that the room needed air-conditioning during the day but they shut down air-conditioning during winters.

Nice size room. Lovely gardens to stroll through when you’ve got the wrong hotel. There are 2 under their name that are linked together.
