Very nice room - we got upgraded to a suite…it has refrigerator, microwave, coffee and tea. Breakfast was phenomenal with a huge range of food selections that are fresh including made to order items. Dinner was traditional Thai-excellent quality and reasonable priced.

The staff at check in were very welcoming and helpful. The room was exactly as described. Though smaller than any other on our trip, it was workable with two people with 2 larger and 2 smaller suitcases. The breakfast buffet was ok but definitely the worst of all the places we stayed. It lacked daily variety and I found the choices limited. I wish there had been more selection of fruit than just orange and pineapple. The room was clean and the bathroom was fairly large. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were not. Very hard and lumpy. The location was pretty good and very walkable. The closest subway station was convenient but didn’t seem to be on a direct line to most places we wanted to go which meant changing trains at a different station or walking 10 min to the Ginza station. When we arrived at Tokyo station we took a local train to get us close to the hotel but we still had to walk with our bags. On the way back, we just flagged a cab and spent 800¥ to get to the exact Tokyo station entrance we needed. Money well spent. In all, a fine hotel to stay and explore Ginza.

Great location and room was great. We got breakfast for our stay. With being a guest for 4 nights, just wish they added a bit of variety for breakfast for having the same options after 4 days was getting boring. But overall a great stay, people were nice, had great amenities.

Good location in the heart of Ginza, near many shops restaurants and subway lines. Friendly staff who speak English fluently. The rooms are clean and we are glad there was a laundry room on the 8th floor.

The rooms were a bit above average for Tokyo. Bathroom was nice and clean both a shower and tub. Convenient amenities. One restaurant on site and it is a standard fee for buffet. It is Italian and dinner is not Buffet. There are no more amenities. Just restaurant on site. Beds were extremely comfy with a great night sleep. TV is not smart TV that can cast from phone like other hotels in the area.

I do not recommend this place. Check in was a nightmare and the entire experience went down hill from there. We were not given the room that was booked and they tried to bait and switch us into a different room that was too small for our family. Bottom line, stay somewhere else.

Small room with no dresser

Nice but unusual place. Entrance was on side of street with front desk on second floor by elevator. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Knew that our room was going to be on the smaller side, but thought room would at least have a (small) dresser with drawers for undergarments. Plus, closet was only half-sized. We ended up living out of our suitcases. Up to a couple nights wouldn’t be as much of a problem, but we were there four nights.
