Breakfast was a waste of time. Down stairs in a cafe with 5$aud equivalent voucher for a bad coffee and 1/2 piece of toast! Rooms very small 2 side of double bed against the wall Bathrooms very small but all was functional - budget accommodation if this is what your looking for This was a recon trip for us to Tokyo and now we know so it was no fault of the motel.

1 ⭐️star off for: I had questions regarding luggage shipping, staff seem to be speaking decent English were always confused when questions asked. I understand the language barrier though luggage forward is a very common thing that hotels do. Because of staff appeared to be uncertain, it made me feel super uneasy, I’m not sure if they understood but did say okay anyways??? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Location is next to local subway, one station away from JR line Shinjuku. Which is great. Very close to Kabukicho. Lots to see. There were a lots of siren sound from ambulance that go by. I think the hospital is close by? If you are light sleeper, get some earplugs. Typical small room. Luggage could be stored under the bed.

My 5th time staying here and never have any issues. Rooms are comfortable for a relaxed nights sleep after a big day out walking. Great spot right above train station, konbini, cafe, restaurants and a McDonald’s across the road.

Walkable area to the stations. There’s a laundry but it takes awhile to dry the clothes. Good staff. The one thing I didn’t like was how small the washrooms are and there’s loud ambulances almost every hour during at night.

The room was cleaned daily and staff were courteous. However, the toilet has a constant urine smell despite it being cleaned and dry. On the first day, we noticed a stain on one of the bath towels and became concerned on the cleanliness. But the towels were clean in subsequent days. The stay was acceptable. It’s literally located next to the subway entrance/exit. Having said that, you need to use Apple Map to navigate to and from the airport and look for lifts should you have big luggage. The airport limo bus is not nearby.
