Everything was great, except that check out time is ridiculously early (10am). It's 1000 yen per hour for later check out. If you book directly with the hotel, you get at noon checkout. Otherwise, it would get 5 stars.

Stayed for 4 days. A good choice but some drawbacks Pro: excellent service and comfortable (but small) room Con: if walking, close to Shinjuku Station and all the shopping. But with luggage, it can be more difficult. Will be charged 1000 yen for each hour you stay past checkout time. Had to pay extra since their washing machine did not dry well (another drawback). Also, room did not have enough heat to be truly comfortable. A good choice overall - not excellent due to the overcharge.
