I was very impressed with this hotel. The lockers for luggage was a system I hadn’t experienced before but worked great. The room was more spacious than expected and according to reviews I had read. Everything was immaculate. The proximity to all transportation was wonderful. We walked out suitcases with ease to the Narita AirPort Express. I would pick this hotel again!

Disadvantages: The room, especially the bathroom is very small. So not ideal for stayers with more than 1 luggage. Advantages: The property is located in a quiet street near Tokyo station. There are many conveniences store just a short walk away. Descent dining options near the hotel too. Kyobashi station is less than 5 mins walk, and Tokyo station is about 10 mins walk, so going around Tokyo is very convenient. Hotel staff are very polite and helpful. The amenity items, particularly the filtered coffee sachet is a nice bonus.

Staff was extremely friendly. Great location to Tokyo Train Station ( 10 min walk). Hotel room with single bed was small for two guests. I recommend getting a 2 bed room. The room is bigger. The breakfast buffet ($12 per day per person) was very good.

European trqvellers and the size of the rooms in Japan sill takes some getting used to. Staff were very helpful. GREAT facility for keeping luggage after check out.

Nice location - tiny rooms

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night. It's Tokyo. Space is very limited. The rooms at this hotel are tiny. We stored our bags at Narita airport. It would have been impossible to fit luggage into the room. Check-in and check-out are done at kiosks in the small hotel lobby. Pretty impersonable. Doesn't feel very welcoming. The rooms are very clean and the location itself near Ginza is very convenient. We paid CA$270 for one night. It is what it is. Wouldn't stay there again considering the overall value.
