Great hotel near the Tokyo station! Getting around the town and within the station complex was convenient and efficient once you figured out the layout of the underground shopping and transit complex.

Air conditioner worked fine although I didnt need it much while visiting early November. Staff were great. I didnt try restaurant as I dont eat breakfast. I do think that not cleaning the room for 3 days for longer stays should be changed to every 2 days. No need to change bed linnens though.

The room was small, but adequate for our one week stay. It was cleaned every 4th day and towels can be chaged daily. Hotel location was very convenient as it was about 300m walk to the nearest Tokyo Station's North Yaechika mall undreground entrance, which connects to a netvwork of hundreds of restaurants, convenient stores and shopping. Breakfast buffet was well priced at 1800 yens per person. The food and beverages are tasty and varied. During our stay it featured a ""live kitchen", where an attendent grilled beef steak bites on site. Laundry machines ice and vending machines are located on 2 of the floors in the hotel. Their usage and availability can be monotored from your room TV. Staff seem courtesous and polite, although I cannot understand Japanese. I would recommend this hotel and would return for a Tokyo stay.
