Everything in good condition and staff were courteous. Bed was very hard. More cramped than expected, and communication with staff was more difficult than at hotels I have previously stayed at in Tokyo. Overall, I got the feeling that the hotel was more strongly geared towards a Japanese clientele, which is not a problem, but something worth considering when planning a stay.

Very good location. Helpful staff. Adequate room size. Loved Toto the bidet. Just hoped if in future they can add microwaves in each floor. currently its there in 6 & 8 Floor.. By the time you heat it in a different floor and come back it gets cold.

Amazing stay at this hotel, nice rooms with all the amenities, great new hotel rooms and friendly service. It is so close to Tokyo station so very very convenient to connect elsewhere. The hotel breakfast is absolutely AMAZING with fresh steak being prepared in front of you and much much more food options it feels more like a resort buffet rather than hotel. 10/10
