The staff here are so lovely and are happy to help. Rooms are basic, but clean, comfortable and practical. It’s located in a quiet part of town, which is actually a nice reprieve from the busyness of the city. That said it’s within easy walking distance to the train station and restaurants. A great stay and would stay here again!

Good location not far from Akihabara station which has all the amenities you would need and some you might not (Hello maid cafes). The local area is quiet and residential but still has a few good restaurants. The closest familymart was unfortunately being renovated when we stayed. The downstairs lobby and cafe area are nice and welcoming. Our room was small for three people, the futon beds are up on a raised platform which I found unusual, but without the cupboards under the beds there is nowhere else to store any luggage. There is also very little hanging space , perhaps enough for three jackets. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and functional with the usual great Japanese toilet. The atrium/corridor area outside the rooms is not climate controlled so visiting in January it was very cold there. We had the breakfast included but it isn't a buffet you have a choice of three options. The two I tried Japanese and sourdough/egg/avocado/bacon were very tasty although a bit small. The included coffee is filter, any espresso coffee is an extra charge. All the staff were pleasant and helpful.

The staff were helpful and always available to serve free coffee. The coffee options are great! Three different coffees depending on the time of day. Location is a short walk from JR station. It’s on the quieter side of Akihabara so you’re away from the crowds that generally visit the area.

Nice hotel, close to Akihabara train station, helpful and friendly staffs. Clean. Unfortunately their wi fi does not always work. We can call staff to fix the wifi but then the next day wi fi kind of playing up again.

Laundry service was great, staff was friendly. My only gripe was the room we stayed in, the wall papers were falling apart, stains on the hallway floor. They only clean on certain days but otherwise the property was close to everything. Beds could be a little more comfortable but overall. great experience and would recommend.

The only downside to this hotel is it’s based around an open courtyard so you are open to the elements on the landings to your room which when it’s raining and snowing isn’t great - carpets on landings stained from rain so they get wet. Also no real catch net so could be dangerous for small children on corridors
