Great first night in Japan. Perfect location for pokemon centre and for accessing trains and buses. The room was simple but clean and comfortable. The lobby small but inviting with drinks and snacks available all day. Breakfast did not have lots of options but everything was very good. Really enjoyed!

This hotel was perfect! Good enough room for a Tokyo hotel. The housekeeping was always on top of it & they gave us new pajamas every day. The water pressure and AC/heat was easy to control. The bathroom is separate from the shower which was great and each had a sink. The location is also perfect since most lines go through Tokyo station and there's another station nearby. The convenience stores are all right there.

Fantastic staff, room was much larger than I expected. Very clean and quiet. Asked to hold our bags because of a late departure, the staff held the bags at no extra cost and were very helpful. This allowed us to have the whole day to see more sites without hauling our bags with us.
