Staff was very polite and helpful room was pretty small but it was only to sleep if you have children I recommend you get a bigger room but I was very happy with the room and service although I wasn’t able to get in the onsen because I have tattoos but I’m sure it’s also really clean and nice

The stuff at the reception desk was polite and helpful. The room is small, and simple but sufficient for my stay. One thing I didn't like was the mess in the hallway especially in the morning with trash bins and laundry bags left outside each room. I thought I was in China.
