We love the dining options and shopping that was nearby. Staff were lovely and helpful even though we had a slight miscommunication as information was relayed incorrectly, it was then rectified positively. This Mimaru had hair straightener/curler for rent which was really convenient as well as hot pot and Takoyaki maker. Not that we used it but it was interesting to see different perks from different Mimaru hotels.

Excellent Apthotel in ideal location.

This was a great apartment hotel, based in an ideal location and with very friendly and helpful staff. The apartment was spacious for a family of 3, with mini kitchen and laundry facilities in the building, both welcome after 10 days in hotels.

Our family of 5 stayed in the Superior Family Apartment for 6 which is spacious for us. Room is clean and it's nice to have the toilet separated from the bathroom. I like the dining area and little kitchen as well. The hotel is walkable to many shops, restaurants and stations but it's at a quiet location. Staff is polite and helpful. Everything is great. I personally would love hotter shower though.

Great location, Pokemon room a hit for kids.

Pokémon room was a huge hit with our son. Friendly staff and comfy room. Location is great not too close that it’s noisy but a short walk and you are in the heart of Ginza.

Very convenient apartment for a short stay with two kids and two adults, the kids loved the bunk beds. The staff were very helpful and gave us excellent suggestions for restaurants, and helped us by getting us taxis.

Lovely apart-hotel with well-equipped kitchenette located about a 10-minute walk away from the main shopping street (Chuo Dori). The hotel is in a quiet and safe part of town yet still within walking distance to all the action, bright lights, and bustling streets. Between Chuo Dori and the hotel, there are several little eateries/cafes and convenience stores… and just in front of the hotel, there is a small but busy grocery store that sells all the essentials you’ll need to cook yourself a nice Asian meal from scratch (e.g., rice, tofu, chicken/pork, fresh vegetables etc.). We stayed four nights in a four single bed apartment. The room layout was thoughtfully planned to maximise space, and we really appreciated the dining area. Front desk staff were always super friendly, relaxed and very welcoming. The Kuro-go baggage delivery service that the hotel offered was fantastic – it made the trip to the airport an absolute breeze. Thank you so much for a very pleasant stay, Hotel Mimaru Tokyo Ginza East!

Mimaru hotel/apartments have always been our go-to hotel for our family of 4, as we like to stay together in one room. The rooms are big and we love that is has a dining table, a kitchen and cooking equipments. The only thing we do not like is that they clean the room only every 3 days, but we do understand the reason behind it.

Do not stay here

Aircon gave us raspy throat. It was never cleaned properly. Cleaned twice in a week for 5-10minutes. Damp room on the side of a busy highway. One elevator used by cleaning staff .. it can take 20 minutes to wait. Can hear the room above through wooden floor. No access to water. No amenities.

Spacious room and had everything we needed. We stayed in the Pokémon room with bunk beds which our son loved. Location is an easy walk to the main Ginza shopping area and train station and located in a quiet street.
