It's about 10min from the Tokyo train station and there's a station a couple of blocks from the hotel making it easy to get around the city. There's a 711 nearby for snacks and all kinds of beverages. The city is worth visiting as it has a lot to offer.
We stayed 3 nights. Family of 4. Room was small for 4 ppl but we expected that. Space was clean, modern (with USB outlets) and had extra supplies to make our stay comfortable like slippers, toothbrushes, etc. Staff were friendly and responded timely to pre-arrival questions. There is an inexpensive Airport Bus transportation that drops and picks up very close to hotel. Location was very good with 2 metro stations within walking distance. Shinjuku entertainment district was very close and easy to walk to. Only negative was they only had 2 washing machines for the entire hotel so plan to wait to wash and dry clothes.
Great location and breakfast for the reasonable price. Hidden gem in Shinjuku area.

Hotel was very convenient to the metro and dining. Room and bathroom were good sized. Daily cleaning service. Some of the bedding was stained and a lot of it was yellowed. Hallways looked a bit dated. Found trash from previous guests on floor under the nightstand that was never cleaned , even after we arrived.

This hotel is near the Nish-shinjuku Station. It’s easy for my family to take the public transit to our destinations oaround Tokyo. The front desk staff are friendly and answered my questions.
However, they need to update the coin laundry machines. There were a total of 3 machines - 1 washer, 1 dryer, and 1 combo washer & dryer. There was always people waiting to do their laundry, which made it inconvenient for many of us.
Yes, the rooms are small but that is Japan.
Exceptional service with a cosy outdoor covered patio and an absolutely delicious Japanese and western breakfast included with every stay. Metro station 100 m away. Walking distance to Shinjuku.

We knew the rooms would be small, but there is far to much furniture in the room and we literally kept tripping over objects as we tried to manoeuvre around each other. Thick tracks of dust by sides of bed ( it ciuld be rolled) and a pubic hair in bathroom...not ours! Too small to be sold a triple rooms. It was actually dangerous
Our family of four enjoyed our 3 night stay here. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, the staff was friendly and helpful with forwarding our luggage to our next hotel. We stayed in the supreme bedroom with 4 twin beds. The room space could have been larger to allow space to walk between the beds.
This hotel is perfectly located near train station as well as tour group meet up location. With a family of 4 it did not feel over crowded, I would stay here again.
Hotel was a bit outside the bustling area of Shinjuku but was an easy one stop train ride from Shinjuku station. Hotel was clean and safe and more spacious than we were excepting. We had a four bed room
Perfect location for getting around and lots of stores and restaurants within a short walk.

Family Trip
The hotel room is very very small but all hotel rooms in Japan are small for the price. This hotel was fine the location was amazing for Shinjuku very easy to navigate the subway system from this hotel. However we purchased th le breakfast and this was probably the worst breakfast that I have ever had at a hotel. Sorry but not sorry the options were very limited, old bread and canned fruit. If anything stay at the hotel but skip the breakfast and go to the family mart located next door.
The staff was the best! The hotel is just off the main area of Shinjuku which was nice, but still close to the subway, restaurants, and shopping. Honestly, I don’t know why this hotel is not rated higher. Great stay!
