Service was average. Some character over the festive period. You get what you pay for basically no extra trimmings or hospitality like you would get in other places internationally but it’s an experience and the room sizes are above average for Tokyo so that’s got to be a plus.

The room is spacious for a family of four. Beds are comfy. We enjoy the public hot spa & shower facilities. Staff were friendly. The hotel is only few minutes walk from the train station. The only drawback is the location is little far from Tokyo station & the main tourist spots if u don’t plan to go to Disneyland.

This hotel is very modern and new. It is connected with a family mart which made it very convenient to get water or food etc. The only thing is that it takes 50 minutes to get to Shibuya/shinkuku area as well as Yokohama area.

Rooms and lobby are always spotless. It was nice to see our room to be so full of space, especially when it came to the room to be the cheapest option. And breakfast was amazing, it was plentiful despite crowds. Though, my partner and I find ourselves enjoying the variety of options everyday of our stay here.
