The room was clean and big! They cleaned the room every day we were there. The amenities was great especially the relaxing spas. Had the breakfast and was very good food and service was great. The only negative was it is a bit farther out to downtown Tokyo. The subway is about 15mins and only one line but the walk to the trains when in Tokyo takes 15mins. So lots of walking to get around.

Room was great, staff was awesome, convenience of train station close to Tokyo station. Nice to take a breather every night away from Tokyo’s hustle and bustle. Breakfast buffet was great.

Staffs are friendly, ideal location for families going to Disneyland & DisneySea. Hotel not close shopping nor there are choices for food. Note that I believed three stop on the JE or JM train to both Disney resorts. Train station only half short block from hotel.

We arrived here quite late after travelling all day (my mistake by choosing the Narita airport over a closer one), we were just blown away by how beautiful that foyer was. My kids kept calling it the fancy hotel. The front desk was lovely, checking is in asap. The amenities were lovely - I probably didn't do enough research and didn't realize there was also a bathing experience/area. The amenities provided there were top notch. The beds were firm - which I enjoyed and the personal showers were great. I found it to be a good base to be while exploring the city. It was easily accessible by the subway. My husband even made a mention that he would like to stay here again.
