Our room had everything we needed; clean sheets, temperature control, complimentary chocolate and water, a community laundry room with fair prices to use (as well as a website that shows you the status of the machines, as it can get busy), and great breakfast options (we added the daily breakfast to our accommodation). The hotel has a 24 hour familymart attached to it but there is also a full market just on the other side of the Shiomi Station. The hotel staff were also attentive and prompt to all of our inquiries.

One little unpleasant incident occurred at breakfast buffet - I didn't know guests could not grab any table and got confronted by the server who thought I was being rude. I felt that her attitude was a bit harsh. Seems that she did not know that in America guests often grab tables by themselves.

Very good location (only 3 stops from Tokyo Station) considering the price. We loved the spacious and comfortable room as well. The downside was that the laundry was always backed up. Also, there weren't any appealing restaurants within walking distance.

Love the room! Lots of breakfast options and Family Mart literally just by the reception desk! Takes a while to get to Shinjuku/Shibuya by train but Shiomi train station is literally just across the street! Will recommend and will stay again!

The breakfast buffet was definitely a highlight for us. Room was on the small side but beds were extremely comfortable and the hotel was impeccably clean. A couple of the reception staff we engaged with were not fluent in English so made communicating a little difficult when we enquired about the luggage forwarding service however, overall, staff were friendly and we enjoyed our stay.
