Pretty good location. Close to some restaurants. Nice staff. The room was hot. They couldn’t cool it with air con. They gave us a fan which helped, but when all 4 it is were in the room we had to wear just our underwear. We got dressed for the 4degree days outside only at the last second. For this reason I wouldn’t stay there again. And it was just too small for a family. Always climbing over bags etc.

We stayed 5 nights at the hotel, after the first night we requested to change room due to it was close to the noisy lift area. The staff was helpful & sorted it out straight away, The room is decent size for 2 people but for 3 people it becomes a bit crowded, The hotel has a coin operated laundry which is convenient but we found this on our last night hence have never used it.

Tokyo BEST location - central and convenient

Pros: Location, quietness, and the cleanliness of the room. The room/house staff so an amazing job. go to
Cons: Hotel staff not overly helpful but efficient enough.
Location: Roppongi - National Art Museum (eat at Paul Bocuse), 21-21 Design site, Suntory Museum, Mori Building. Walk to Aux baccanales nearby for breaky.
Great value for a money and a fabulous location. If you are looking for a central location to base yourself to explore amazing Tokyo, I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are not huge, ok, quite small, so if you like to hang out in the hotel maybe choose somewhere with larger rooms. you will pay twice as mauch for a room less than twice the size but if thats your thing, then its worth it. This hotel is quiet, spotlessly clean (like everything in Japan) with comfortable beds. There is a bar fridge and tea and coffee pods. The shower was warm and spacious, along with the toilet seat ;-) and the linen soft. We walked to Roppongi easily. Its right across the street from Akasaka-mitsuke station which can get you anywhere you want to go very easily. Ginza is a few stops away, as is Shimbashi, Shibuya and Shinjuku. There are a decent amount of local bars and restaurants in close proximity in Akasaka. I get the feeling its a bit of an up and coming area as food and bar prices at restaurants were reasonable and better quality than the tourist haunts of Shibuya and Shinjuku. We stayed 8 nights and got a great deal. I did feel slightly claustrophobic with my husband's skis taking up our sitting/dining space but the location and costs saving was worth the trade off. Who wants to hang out in their room in Tokyo anyway, with so many amazing things to do and see. I'd go back but I'd take a smaller case and no skis! Overall, highly recommended.
