Rooms are pretty small and not very soundproof. We could hear the room next to us banging around in the shower at 1:30am. Plus the smell of sewer leaching from the bathroom so be sure to close the door! Good central location for Shinjuku which is a whole “experience” in itself..

We were here for 9 nights for a family get-away with our 7 year old. It has truly been an amazing experience!! All staff whom I have interacted with (from check in, housekeeping, to concierge) provide exceptional service! Most staff speak good English. Room is spacious and super comfortable. I appreciate their attention to details and thoughtfulness! They have special "treat bags" for kids with super cute small slippers and small toothbrush! Konno was the one who checked us in and she's sweet and pleasant to work with! The location is super convenient with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. It's also very close to a main airport shuttle stop. 7-eleven and McDonalds happen to be downstairs from the hotel too! Overall- exceptional experience and would highly recommend!
