Really nice hotel, very clean and comfortable and rooms were a good size compared to others that we had stayed in Tokyo. Appreciated all of the free amenities that were available. Room and bathroom is clean, staffs are helpful. Breakfast very affordable, not too many choices though. Air conditioning is very good. And if you don’t want to take the taxi or train to the airport, there is a shuttle bus at a nearby hotel which is just around 4mins walk. Highly recommended.

Hotel was clean and rooms very comfortable. The pyjamas provided were also very comfortable. A 15 minute easy walk to Shinjuku Station. Did not eat in the hotel as sightseeing every day, but there is an outdoor eating area. The 7-11 below hotel good for food and for coffee in the morning. Nice touch to have bath salts etc provided.

We loved our stay at Daiwa Roynet Hotel in Shinjuku. The facilities were clean and quiet, and our bed, pillows and comforter were all extremely comfortable. The hotel provides lots of free toiletries from shampoo and conditioner, toothbrushes and toothpaste, shaving razors, mouthwash, skincare, hair treatments, even pajamas and slippers. We purchased breakfast for our stay, and it was wonderful to have a tasty breakfast available every morning with a good mixture of western and Japanese options. The hotel is close enough to proper Shinjuku to feel like we could access all the nightlife and shopping we wanted, but removed enough that the area was quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Staff was very nice and spoke English very well. Hotel is convenient to rail stations. While there do not miss the the free light-show down the street at the government building and visit the top for the view at night.

Enjoyed our stay at the Daiwa Roynet. Room was smaller than expected but otherwise everything was good. Do ask the front desk to help with a future reservation to a restaurant but they said they can’t do it if it is not within the timeframe of our stay. That was a bit disappointing. Really enjoyed the breakfast. There was a good variety of American and Japanese options. Loved their soups.

No fuss, great hotel with spacious rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, and both shower/bath facilities. Really enjoyed the pajamas and toiletries that were free to guests. The surrounding area is quiet, with a lot of business buildings, which was nice at the end of the day after a lot of stimulation. Only 10 minutes to a train station. Would stay again.
