Hotel facilities are a little out of fashion such as the speaker can only be connected to iPod, Tv is not smart TV. Other than that it was a perfect stay.

Very nice property. I was there a week earlier and had a good size modern room, but when I returned my room was smaller and a bit dated. Bathroom quite small. All good though. Staff are really nice

Great location nice hotel disappointing that the Wi-Fi only works in the lobby unless you purchase the option for it to work in your room thought this was quite poor Other then that everything else was great

A good 4-star hotel
Pros:The staff as a whole is fantastic
Cons:Total facelift for bedroom and bathroom, better quality coffee and tea in room.
Location:This hotel is right next to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, roof top view of Tokyo, free of charge.
The Hilton brand comprises of mainly older hotels, and this one is no exception. Maybe land is precious in Tokyo, most of the newer 5-star hotels are exuberantly expensive, hence we ended up staying at the Hilton, which is still not cheap (we paid approximately $400 AUD per night).
We stayed in a standard King room, and we found it a bit small. Bathroom can definitely do with a facelift. Otherwise, all amenities are present and satisfactory. This hotel has its standard gym and pool, and also tennis courts, but hourly rental for tennis is expcensive.
The hotel staff are all very friendly and willing to help. I think the staff is what makes this hotel nice.
This hotel is located in a business district, so nothing is within close walking distance from the hotel. The closest area from the hotel is Shinjuku and the hotel runs regular shuttle buses to and from Shinjuku which is great. Overall, this hotel is pleasant enough and I would be happy to stay there again.

The room and facilities at the Hilton are exceptional. The staff are helpful but there is some assumed knowledge the guests will have. If they don’t, for instance, have a credit card, the process is not very smooth to check in. Overall though it is definitely worth staying a few nights.

Great hotel - close to shops and food districts
