Air conditioning was only good for 2 hours the most, after that was set temp, was not cool enough to sleep comfortable. Bath room and bed room was so small, it is not enough room for two people. if you are alone , maybe ok. The breakfast was excellent.

The hotel is conveniently located steps away from KK14 line stop to/from Haneda airport. The hotel does offer a shuttle which would definitely take rather than pay the 200 yen for one way ticket — just check schedule. The room was okay for one night. Classic Japanese bathroom. The pillow was awful — foam and not comfortable in the least - hardly slept. Would recommend for location to airport.
