The room was very clean, but it did have an older feeling to it. The room was much smaller than expected - however, it is in the middle of Shibuya City. The location was great for sightseeing activities.

We had a great stay at Shibuya Tokyu Rei hotel. Location was perfect. Close to the train stations, Shibuya scramble crossing and Shibuya sky. Harajuku was just a 20min walk away. Staff were so friendly and always willing to help with directions and recommendations. We had a lovely stay and would stay here again.

Location was great. Close to transit and many amenities- depending on what you are looking for. Room was a bit cramped for two adults, especially the bathroom. Given the location, it was expected. AC in the room could have been cooler. Room insulation from noise was okay.

If you want to stay in Shibuya for a reasonable price look no further. This location is perfect, right next to Shibuya crossing. Literally 30 second walk. Has everything you need nearby. The hotel is clean and modern, with all amenities and a nice breakfast. Rooms are not spacious but not extremely small either. Perfect for 1-2 people.

The location of the hotel was very continent. We were in the middle of shibuya. Wasn’t noisy at all. Very close to train stations and lots of shopping.
