The "triple room" is essentially a double room with one roller bed added. All three beds connected together to fit in the narrow space, very difficult to access the center of the bed cluster. The price dropped significantly within a few hours of booking, and the hotel refused to do anything to compensate, neither upgrading to premier room nor switching to other room types. In fact, the booking price was higher than either a premier room or two double rooms a few hours later after booking.

Hotel was nice and in a central location only thing I didn't like was they said they could ship our luggage if we dropped it off by 9am day of, then changed it to 2 days before when we were ready to leave so we had to find altenative ways to travel. Thankfully they let us keep our luggage while we worked out a plan.

The hotel was a great place to stay. The breakfast was very tasty with good variety. The room was clean and well maintained, which made the stay comfortable. Excellent location, very kind and helpful staff, plenty of amenities available, and the room was pretty big for Tokyo. Front desk staff helped us with luggage shipping, which went without a hitch. There’s so much within walking distance - Senso-Ji, of course, and there’s a Don Quixote next door, and Hoppy Street is right there, too. I’d definitely stay here again.
