It's in a very good and safe location with easy access to metro and JR stations. Reasonable price considering its location next to Ginza. Room was small which was expected and mentioned in the booking site, however the only trouble I found was unable to fully open my suitcase in the room. Another plus for this hotel was that they were happy to hold my online orders before checked in.

Convenient location with friendly staff

I stayed at the Remm Hibiya for a week. The staff was super friendly and ready to help/answer any questions. The location is very convenient to multiple train lines (note that the closest direct train from Haneda airport still drops you off a 15-min walk from the hotel). Room is typical Japanese size. Bathroom has nice rainfall shower and good water pressure. There is a massage chair in the room seems like it is made for a smaller person (for reference I am 5'-6" and my back extended past the top of the chair and I had to fold my legs closer to my chest in order to have them in the right position for a leg massage). Note that this hotel is right next to the train line so you will hear noise from that during the day (the trains stop overnight). Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit back.

it's located between Hibiya and west Ginza area, convenient to shopping malls, parks, restaurants and public transportations. The staffs were freinedly and helpful, and tthe room was clean and the bed was comfy.

A tiny but still comfortable room. If you have a large suitcase you may struggle with where to put it. The massage chair was awesome, even if it was a little small. I love staying in the Ginza area and would stay here again

The room size is acceptable considering that it is a room in Tokyo with a reasonable price Location is around 8-10 mins to the JR and metro station , many dining options nearby and can walk to Tokyo station and Ginza in 10 mins

Excellent hotel, staff are super friendly and customer service is excellent. Rooms are clean and looked after, the only downside is the room size is a little small but only if you have a lot of luggage again its not a deal breaker but if you have big luggage could be a little tight in the room. otherwise is a great hotel to stay at. cleanliness is excellent Walkable to at least 3 train stations lots restaurants and shops around late check-out 12pm midday which is great. overall happy with the stay

If I could I would like to give 6 stars for the staff. They are so nice, patient and really care about their guests. We forgot a bag of Pokémon stuffs in the room and they helped us to ship it back. When the first attempt didn’t work they tried a second time. I really appreciate that.

Excellent location and very comfy stay!

Perfect location in Ginza and yurakucho area. Easy access to Tsukiji just 2 stops away, yurakucho station just less than 200m away. Highly recommended hotel stay if want to be around Ginza area.
