Great location if you’re staying in Ginza. I booked last minute so I got the smaller room but I’m sure they have bigger rooms. But everything was super clean, staff was Friendly and helpful. Price for high season was great!

Budget hotel at excellent location, easy access to Tokyo main station. We stayed at best shopping location. Starbucks are just gorgeous at Ginza. Recommend and would stay one more time. Room is small, but teaches smart ways to use your space.

This property is conveniently located 5-10 min walk from multiple stations and subway lines. The room was average size - small with minimal space around the bed. The bed was very firm and the pillows were flat making for the most uncomfortable sleep of our trip unfortunately. You get two very flat pillows, which for a side sleeper was not good. I woke up with a ton of neck and shoulder pain. The bathroom was slightly larger than others we had, but still small compared to what you see in the states. No additional amenities. Staff were curt which was a surprise as every other hotel had the most polite and nice staff.

Great area to stay in. Right next to a Seven Eleven, Tokyo station, and 10 minute walk from other stations. Staff is great, rooms are small, especially for Texas sized guests, but manage if you played Tetris as a kid. One negative, is that they have combo washer/dryer machines. First cycle does not dry clothes enough, have to use the "dry more" option 2 additional times. Takes 3 hours total to complete one load to completely dry. Not the worst, just something you have to plan for.

Enjoyed our stay

When we first arrived at this hotel, just coming off a long trip in New Zealand and Australia where hotels were more similar to what we were used to, I was a bit depressed by the overall size of the hotel and our room. But as we got used to things we felt more and more comfortable. The location of this hotel was very great - close to a number of train stations, close to the Ginza shopping places and to plenty of eating places and restaurants. The beds were small but adequate. Bed linen and towels were decent. Front desk services were attentive and good. There is a self laundry facility which was very desirable. There is a sitting/eating area at the front lobby which was convenient and well maintained. For a 3-star hotel we really did not expect luxury and were quite happy with it!
