The staff are really nice and are very competent in conversational English so it’s friendly to English speaking tourists. The staff were patient and helpful and they let us borrow umbrellas. They also let us store our luggage in a secure area before leaving on the train and they were very accommodating to our situation where we had two other people who needed to pick up their luggage and train ticket from them; due to the fact that they held on to it for us. The bathroom is spacious and has a lot of counter space.

Room is exactly what I expected and it’s a wonderful value. The front desk was very responsive and helpful too. The hotel is very centrally located in Shibuya near the train station. Would definitely stay here again!

An amazing stay, great English communication. Asked for flowers in advance for my wife’s birthday and Motherday. They gave recommendations, and upon arrival they told us they upgraded our room and had a note and bottle of wine waiting in room. Felt first class and was such an amazing start to our trip to Japan. Highly recommend this hotel.

The service was excellent, the were so helpful and patient. I couldn’t get logged into the limousine service, and they stayed with me until we got in. I was a bit disappointed because the room I got did not look like the pictures at all. It was much smaller and older-looking. However, my stay was comfortable and everything was clean, as well as the hotel was in a great location. The staff were great and helpful.

Very close to Shibuya station and very close to a lot of restaurants and convenience stores! The staff is very friendly, speaks English very well and were accommodating. The room was a good size and the bathroom was as well. The only thing that wasn’t the best was the bed and the pillows, very hard bed with pillows that don’t keep their shape.

Hidden gem

Difficult to find the entrance, but once inside the hotel was clean, spaceous, and comfortable with helpful staff. Great location for Shibuya Scramble and all the amazing shops and activities in Shibuya

Amazing location

This hotel is conveniently located at the heart of Tokyo, 3-5 mins walk to train station (Shibuya), plenty of restaurants, 10 mins to Shibuya Scramble Crossing (Japan Time Square). Kim and other personnel was professionals. Room was small but quiet and had personal bathroom. This Hotel is usually booked very fast. Glad I made the right choice on time.

The best staff, great location.

First of all the staff at the reception are absolutely exceptional. Without question professional, courteous, welcoming and Customer Service responsiveness to the highest level. Amazing every hotel could have stuff like this what a front desk. The hotel feels a bit dated, but the location is amazing. Thank you again for hosting us and making us stay very easy and comfortable.

The location is very good and although it’s right next to Shibuya center, it is very quiet. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, and transit. Not a lot of amenities but we stayed for the purpose of other conveniences and being able to explore the city efficiently.

The hotel is at a great location, and the staff are friendly and helpful. We were a little disappointed with the cleaning of the room, it was only half completed with dirty cups and crumbs left. Close to station

First impressions of the outside of the hotel were not good , very dirty, lots of smokers and full ashtrays . Check in was quick and we had a suite and the room was wonderful. We stayed 3 nights and requested not to have the room made up but had fresh towels everyday . Wish we had the coffee replenished daily too as we had to buy coffee as even the machine in reception wasn’t working . Hotel very close to the station and places to eat which was great and yes I would recommend this hotel once you get past initial first impression
