We Were given rooms facing the train tracks. The trains run from 5AM to 12 midnight.We asked the hotel to change our rooms to the other side but they refused and instead sent ear plugs to us. They then asked 7000 yen per night for shifting our rooms to the non train tracks side which I refused .

We stayed here for two nights during our honeymoon in the Gate Suite Room on the 13th floor with the private deck and hot tub. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend! We absolutely would come back and stay again.

We had fantastic stay in our corner city view room. The room was large with floor to ceiling windows looking out onto the shopping area. The location was perfect, close to everything. The staff were extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. We caught the bus from Narita airport and it stopped minutes from hotel. There were only a few areas that could do with attention, one was the Buffet breakfast. The plates on buffet were continuously empty and staff had to be asked to refill. Also there was a choice of 3 cooked breakfast but this never changed the 9 days we were there, it would be great to a rotation of menu. The other area was the club lounge that we had entry too as part of our room rate. They had beer, a sweet champagne and sake. It would have been nice to have a white and red wine on offer as well.
