Hotel is in a great location and service is efficient, prompt and reliable albeit not the warmest at times. Rooms are clean and size is reasonable for Tokyo. We were happy with our stay and would come back next time we’re in Tokyo.

Great location and amenities at this hotel. So convenient with subway station outside the front door and Tokyo station and all retail areas in walking distance. Great location to be based to explore the city. Hotel staff were helpful and diligent in making our stay fantastic especially the GM of the hotel and the staff in the bar. Room itself is well appointed and service was good. But two main drawbacks were that the gym is terrible (has only few cardio machines and a chest machine) and the door to the rooms allows ALL hallway noise to be heard in the room. There were lots of screaming children during my stay and it seems like you can hear even muffled conversations. So very disruptive for sleeping.
